I was a faithful member of Whydrate since January 13, 2019. I began receiving services prior to January ;however, decided to make it official. Around December 2021 going into January 2022, I became physically and mentally ill. I believe the last two payments for Whydrate was returned. I left the **************** and went to ******* to live with family members for several months. When I returned back to Georgia, I began working again and getting my life on track. Around (I believe) March of 2023 I began services at Whydrate again. I have 15 bags that I have not used but paid for. I asked the manager at the time to see if an arrangement could be made. I understand that two payments were attempted, but I also left 15 bags which is a lot of money. I had so many bags prior to going to ******* is because sometimes the Nurses wouldn't be able to find a vein; however, I was still paying. When I would ask the young lady (manager) if she spoke to anyone, she would say that she didn't get an answer. I told her I know the shots isn't the same value, but I would be willing to get shots instead. Nothing ever happened, that's why I would like the owners to reach out to see what can be worked out. I met the owner several times and he's a really nice guy. The staff was always nice and attentive and I enjoyed driving over an hour several Sundays out of the month to receive services. I just know that this situation can be made fair and I would like someone who is able to make these types of decisions to reach out to me and sort every thing out. Thank you.
