  I bought 2 items on their website on 3/13/2024, total $252.00. At the check out, it said $252 total with no tax and no shipping cost. In a few minutes, I received a Sales Order for the same amount, still said no tax and no shipping cost.. There was a link on the bottom of the sales order to pay for the order. I paid for it with a credit card on the same day and got a reference number. Two days later (March 15) I received an invoice from AEDbrands, saying that I owe $15.75 for tax for the order. As a customer, I don't know any difference between a Sales order and an Invoice. I called back and AEDbrands insisted that I need to pay for the tax unless I am tax-exempt. Initially I didn't want to pay for the additional cost, but after some argument with AEDbrands, I told them that I'll pay for the tax and the accounting department will send me another invoice with link to pay for it. I am questioning AEDbrands's way to display their final prices: 1. I have purchased many items online, including on **************** etc. The price at the checkout are, and should be final price. AEDbrands changed the final price two days after the checkout.2 It is not a complicated transaction. With only two items in the shopping cart and known shipping address, the cost of tax should have been calculated and show at checkout 2. AEDbrands's final price at the checkout is deceiving, as it intentionally left out the tax to make customers thinking AEDbrands has better price. Customer cannot easily compare their price to other companies to shop for the best deal. Please advise me if their way of business practicing is legit and common.Thanks
