Integrated Plumbing pumped our septic system in May of this year. Before that, we used several different companies whose efforts would last less than two months, before needing to be redone.And, of course, another $200 or 300 bill.Our septic system has worked flawlessly since May 2022, when Integrated pumped it at the same cost. Needless to say, we are very pleased, and recommend them highly. Not only do they know what they are doing, they do it well, at a reasonable cost, and they are friendly and reliable!!

I have used Integrated Plumbing for my home and business plumbing needs for several years. They are professional, prompt and provide superior service.

We called Integrated Plumbing Solutions to install our new Whirlpool dishwasher after having two delivery/installers (contractors through ******************* who was the delivery/installation company used by Whirlpool) tell us that the dishwasher wasnt a standard installation and that they needed parts that they did not have. The person at Integrated Plumbing Solutions was pleasant and after a brief check, said that she could have someone come out that afternoon (giving us a specific time frame) to give us an estimate. We agreed and received an immediate follow-up email confirming this. Shortly into the time frame, I received a call from our technician, *************************, confirming the order and said he was about 15 minutes away. Within minutes I received another email from Integrated Plumbing with ******* photo and ***** full name and telling us his estimated arrival which he arrived on time.We told him about the circumstances and what we were told by the previous installers and after a few minutes of inspecting the situation, he calculated the cost and we agreed. He had everything he needed in the his tool bag and set to work immediately.Matt made polite conversation and was very personable and capable. We would highly recommend Integrated Solutions to friends and family as well as ***** If we have needs for plumbing work in the future, we will Integrated Plumbing will be who we call first.
