      My wife placed order #***** on Feb 7th. The order originally stated Feb 15th anticipated ship date. Come Feb 15th she received an email saying that its now 3 weeks from order date. Around the 3rd week of March I reached out to find out what the hold up is and was told their warehouse had shut down shipping and would resume shipping at the end of march and would be caught up mid April. It is now April 10th and no fulfillment of order and the company has shut down the only option on their website for reaching someone which is via chat option. The lack of communication of this company is going to vastly overshadow any customer opinions regardless of quality. If this isn't resolved timely I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the **** They owe their customers either $$$ or a delivery date.

      January 1, 2022, I placed an order #***** with Vibe Kayaks for $101.94 worth of stickers and foam padding (and two small paddle rings). All small very light total shipping package(s) will be less than 5 lbs. At the time of the order, I was told there may be a ***** day delay with shipping.Today is March 1, 2022. 60 days later order #***** with Vibe Kayaks remains listed as unfulfilled on their website. Their system of communication is a chat feature on their website, and through inquiry, I was told their warehouse is not shipping. This is insane. I do not want a refund. I want their product(s). I want to be their biggest fan, and promote their products and motto of "No Drama, Just Adventure." However, their website which is still taking orders has no warnings or indications that their products WILL NOT SHIP. I was told all online orders come out of their warehouse not from their physical store. Yet, they are NOT warning current customers about their inability to resolve some internal warehouse contractual issue. In the end, they have taken my money and not provided their product. This continues day after day with hundreds of others experiencing the same thing with no resolution in sight. They have only created drama and are preventing people from using their products for adventure. At best this is false advertising. At worst it could become a fraud. Please, force Vibe Kayaks to ship the products they have promised to thousands which they continue to falsely promote.

      I recently purchased a Vibe Yellowfin 100 kayak. It was advertised as having a "Vibe Hero Seat" and the images showed a gray padded seat with ribbed stitching. The pictures also show rubber covers for the flush mount fishing rod holders. The kayak I received has a black non-padded seat and no covers. This is false advertisement. I contacted their customer service and was told I could buy these items from their store at an additional cost. Why would I buy the correct items for something that wasn't included, at a cost of over $150!? This company and it's distributors of their products are advertising one thing and then sending a much cheaper designed product. It is complete false advertising. I want the correct padded hero seat and the fishing rod holder covers that were described in the product listing and images. I've included images of this inferior non-padded seat that they are calling an upgrade.

      I purchased a new Vibe Kayak from an authorized dealer of the company called "Vibe". The Vibe web site shows the product I purchased and does not have letters missing.. At time of purchase, (7/9/21), I did not notice that the model was missing a letter "S" in its name on the rear side. The letter used for this model, "Sea Ghost". My new kayak displays "Sea Gho t". I contacted this business, (7/11/21), assuming that this letter was a decal I could attach myself. The first response from Vibe on (7/12/21) was from "Liv". It was indicated to me that this was cosmetic and not warranty. A $25 gift card for Vibe products was offered to me. I responded (7/12/21), declaring that this was their mistake. A second response from Vibe restated it was cosmetic, not a warranty, and the missing letter was molded into the kayak body. I concluded if it is molded into body, then it must not have been done at all. I agree that is certainly cosmetic, but it is also an incomplete product.

      Purchased May 10th, 2021 Purchase amount $1,588.99 through Affirm, $1,399.99 for product Delivery of kayak within 25 days Failure to provide product within reasonable time period as well as further advising shipping a week from one call and obviously it has not happened. I have contacted them on many occasions and was advised as said above that the kayak would ship a week later, and then advised on other calls that this item was at a warehouse outside of their control. However they would speak with the shipping manager to get more information and then contact me to give me this information. Multiple times they have said they would contact me with more information, and they still have not. Today I contacted them once again and advised the same thing except that now they said that shipping was delayed due to an update late march. however this was not expressed in previous phone calls. my order (Order#XXXXX) only shows to have been placed 50 days after placing the order.
