    I ordered a kayak with a seat and base and was provided an initial email stating that accessories like the seat ship separately within 20 days. Sitting the shipping process with the kayak I was waiting for the seat which never arrived. I received confirmation of delivery date and confirmed the date with the 3rd party. I reached out to vibe requesting info on why I had not received my seat per their policy. They informed me that they had logistic issues and then told me that the seat "definitely" shipped with the kayak. I showed them the manifest that showed only one item, the kayak, was scheduled to be delivered. They assured me that all items were shipped together. When the delivery truck arrived they delivered the single kayak as the manifest stated. I asked them if there was anything else with the order and they showed me again that the only item they were given was the kayak. At this point I was done with dealing with them lying to me about going outside of their own policy for shipping items. They also clearly ignored my email that showed they did not ship it but continued to tell me they were sure that it was all shipped together. I have reported it to my credit card company to get a refund and report them due fraud. These people have deceptive business practices and lie to you or simply have no idea how or when they are shipping items. It's frustrating but since they want to make it my problem I will solve it for them. They can deal with the fraud charge now and whatever that means for them.

    I had quick delivery and excellent service after delivery. Twice I contacted customer service. The issue was resolved quickly both times.

    I ordered a vibe kayak back in November of 2021.I read many great reviews and others and thought this would be a great fishing kayak. WRONG. I bough a Yellowfin 100 for 800 dollars. The only advantages it has over my 300 dollar kayak is a better seat and it is setup for fishing. Could have bought one for 400 bucks of another brand that would be much better. Vibe kayak is not as stable and does not track as true as my 300 dollar kayak.At time of purchase kayak was supposed to be delivered in 15 to 20 business days. After many phone calls, empty promises and excuses I finally received my kayak June of 2022. This business has horrible customer service and they do things according to their own time line.I was stupid enough to think I would order a paddle from Vibe, delivery of 5 to 7 business days. After two weeks and couple of emails, got told paddle was on back order. I canceled my order.Stay away from Vibe kayaks and their accessories. They are no better than any other vendor and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    DO NOT BUY VIBE KAYAKS I contacted Vibe Kayaks on 5/16/2022 to determine when the shearwater 125 model would be back back in stock and I received a response the same day stating that they did not know when they would have the model back in stock so I ordered my Vibe yellowfin 120 kayak which is the next step down from the shearwater 125 as I expected Vibe to be at least a month out from being restocked as they did not even have the slightest idea as to when their shearwater ***************************** *****************. Then on June 6th 2022 I emailed them to request that they cancel my order of the yellowfin and replace it with the shearwater 125 after discovering that the shearwater 125 was back in stock and my yellowfin kayak had not shipped out yet. On June 8th I had still not received a response so I sent out a subsequent email stating explicitly that I did not want them to ship out the yellowfin 120 and that I instead wanted the shearwater 125. Also I stated that I did not want to have the order ship out and then have to pay to both return the yellowfin and order the shearwater 125. That email was also ignored. Then on June 9th I received an automated email from Vibe Kayaks stating that my order had shipped, so I sent a detailed follow up email expressing my disappointment that so far three emails had been absolutely ignored and they shipped out the kayak when they had two full business days to pull the order and prevent it from shipping. So I sent another email through this section of their website detailing the contents of my previous emails and requesting a response. en today on June 20th I finally received my kayak and opened up the accessories that I ordered. 2/3 accessories were missing critical parts that prevented the accessories from functioning. The rudder kit is missing both steering cables and the perch stand for the back of the seat was sent with two incorrect parts preventing it form being installed. - NO RESPONSE FROM VIBE KAYAKS DONT BUY

    Purchased a kayak in November 2021 as a Christmas gift for my son. Here it is *** and still no kayak. I have contacted Vibe numerous times and received many potential ship dates. They did not however hesitate to charge my credit card in November. I went onto their website and left a review that they immediately blocked. They will not respond to my emails and customer service is conveniently not receiving calls. Would not recommend this company.

    Ordered a kayak on April 5. A month and a half later, I am told it hasn't shipped because there are no drivers.Vibe uses Uship, which is not a carrier service. It's an intermediary that matches sellers with carriers. The carrier has to bid on the delivery and Vibe has to accept the bid. If no one bids on the delivery, nothing gets delivered. If Vibe doesn't accept the bid, nothing gets delivered. This is a cost-saving decision instead of using a standard freight carrier--like XPO, *********** etc.They will not take phone calls. They will not provide answers or solutions.Conveniently, their policy stipulates that a refund is only possible within fourteen days of purchase, not delivery, so their 30 business day shipping window means that you can't get a refund for something they can't deliver.This business is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
