    Please see ****** reviews for this company as the character limit here doesn't allow me to adequately and thoroughly describe what occurred. I purchased a diamond ring from them and in two weeks the diamond was missing from the prongs. I was always looking at it, and so I know it must have fell out when we went out for dinner. Owner said he didn't feel at fault and also because I left a ****** review, they would charge me $600 for a new stone. Long story short, the new stone was duller, smaller, and at 75ct instead of 77ct. I audio recorded the two visits to the shop. I paid the $600 anyway being at his mercy because we hadn't gotten insurance on the ring in the two weeks I had it. Needless to say, I immediately got insurance when receiving the replacement stone that I had to pay $600 for.
