      If someone spoke you in such a way it is completely unacceptable. We will certainly review our call and text logs to look more into it. Thank you for letting us know, it does help to guarantee our operators are following proper procedure.

      The last time you have reached out was Monday October 10th and you received a response on Tuesday October the 11th in which we spoke for 21 minutes and the resources you were looking for were provided. I am also reviewing the call logs and every call or text message in has had a response, generally in 24 hours or less. I see that I alone have logged hundreds of minutes of call time with you,this is not including other lines you have communicated with. This is without requesting compensation for consultation time as I try and help everyone to the fullest of my ability in the spirit that God would want.

      There is a reason we tell clients to read the manuals, that is so that they have the basic foundational information to be as successful with the tools as possible. If you are hearing this again and again it is for a reason.Generally, we ask the question or make the statement when clients are missing information that they should already comprehend.
      Expedited process
      All expedited processes are filed into the same location. It is not a matter of request, as to expedite it there is a necessity to file into a location that allows for us to expedite the file. There is no negative impact on the filing or filing procedure.

      Never sent the forums to the States in My SPC Package.
      The notification location that YOU CHOSE when filling out your forms was notified as per your selection. If you wish to notify additional locations this can be done easily. Please feel free to reach out for assistance in doing so.

      Your access to your account has NOT been blocked by anyone intentionally as you by your statement you make it seem. 
      It sounds like you tried to login 3 times with incorrect credentials to the site. If you do so it will lock you out of all sites on the server servers for 24 hours.
      If you know your IPv4 and contact us we can remove you from the ban list or you can wait 24 hours and try to log in again.
      You can locate your IPv4 by going to https://www.whatismyip.com
      In book 4 of the Redemption Manual Series it gives you good security practices for storing passwords such as using a password database. This will help ensure that you are not putting it in incorrectly.       Honestly I Am Very respectable and Acted In Good Faith **** Seeing as I waited this long to Send a communications To The BBB WHEN I didn't get the resolve I was Looking for. I Don't Believe in any way shape Form Or Fashion that I have been Hostile to any agent or party to *************** and Sovereign filling Solutions. Which I believe You may **** Have too much work on. Your hands as everyone told me to talk to You. I have sent multiple communications to 4 employees that produce no response for days on in. Which is why I established the need for a refund. From the issues of the preparation of documents not having the correct information on them. Having tried to get a review of the changes done prior to mailing off to the parties. Expedited services state that it would be sent to my states of choice. I was not told that my filings would be sent to the agency inquisition ********. I was never told that my forums would be sent there at no point in time. As I told you on record that I wanted you to file in ** and In-lieu to P.A.. You stated that you file in ******** for ease of access as that is where "You" file everyones documents at because some states reject the filings. Although that state is not in my filing information. So I Said OK As there was no need to establish that, that was the wrong place because I Would then Have to notify by mail In-lieu to ******** that Never recieved any Communications At All. Inwhich that is the State of the Trustee. The original state to file was in Tx until we changed it as that is where the trustee was living. I was told that the forums would be ok with having Two different States names in the documentation as it did not matter.  Also the reason I requested a Refund or partially was based impart on the State of Filing, the documents preparation taking Longer than the Time frame alloted.(issue on both parties behalf). The documents or screenshots I have Show a different POV. I Let that go as ther were issues with the *** Certificates not being correct from the government. Then having to send them back but you had the photo and numbers to continue although there may have been other issues. It was done and mailed to me. Issue is the states requested to be filed in only 1 was notified out of 2. Although not the ********** having the filing last time I talked to you we established the issue. I Let it go as not getting a full response. I Would send the screen shots but I don't have the energy to keep this debate. I am filing different forms to get the resolve I Requested initially.  I have to edit the documents sent to me to send them to The State of ******** For Legal Notice as they did not get anything. If I am not comprehensive to your methods it is because I have been told multiple thing that changed over time and dind not make sense. My comprehension is not an issue of Law as I am a law student of the Paralegal Studies of law. I have a redemption manual from 2009 which is why I Comprehend what is missing from this filing. I also have a right to Record any communications with any party in the course of business. As that is not a personal call it is for Lawful purposes of conducting business to establish Truth of the matter in the case of litigation Of I Choose To Subjuecr my self to the Jurisdiction of the courts outside of Arbitrary action.

      Mainly over all its fine last time we talked was the 10th I Called multiple times and didn't get a response within 24hrs Most of the time. Which is what caused the Transgressions that lead up to this communications with the BBB. To show the time frame in which it took to do business properly. Screenshots show the time frame and communications with the parties I Communicated with. Thank you for your efforts in attempting to resolve there was just to much work for this process to get done the way I Knew it was to be handled.

      So I Will just not deal with this anymore as I Found a better way to get the job done correctly. I am Glad I Got something out of the deal. Dont worry about the money and  No need to respond unless you choose to. I will just accept your response. And close the case. You have a nice day ***.       I purchase the product in good faith, thinking it would do all that was advertised! But instead all I got was a bunch of files that I couldnt even begin to understand!! *********************************** is the vendor and I talked to him about it on the phone. No he promised me a full refund but later sent an email saying that he soils not! The product hes selling is no more than fraud!! This nan needs to be arrested for selling such blatant lies He is a *****. I want him to quit selling this as I have talked to numerous other people that he has taken as well. And to refund my money immediately!!

      While most client we work with are a pleasure to help, very occasionally we find a one off that is not. Sadly this has been one of those instances.
      Helping so many people make their lives better through education and self-reliance is an incredible blessing. We cannot give someone a fish and change to their lives, but if we help them find purpose such as the teaching them to fish as is the analogy, we can change the course of their future.
      While working with *************************** even before the Salubrious purchase and dispute. *************************** snapped at our operators more than once while trying to help him. This happened and is the transcripts on at least 2 occasions with a single operator and a review is being conducted in relation to other operators in relation thereto.  *************************** did later apologize for his actions on both occasions. The situation was handled with decorum and we simply let it go in order to try and provide services for the client as quickly as possible to close out the file.

      Sadly, *************************** creates a hostile working environment as what he says is routinely hurtful and threatening. Even in apologizing for them it does not remove the stress and emotional impact from our operators which already have to deal with a large number of clients on a daily basis.
      In the dispute with a seller on the Make Freedom Marketplace in relation to a purchase with Salubrius.
      The following statements show that the client received the digital goods and that the seller supplied the order in full.

      In most of the services and products that we offer we expect that the client will do their own due diligence and study to reach a point of self-sufficiency. It states specifically on our TOS page we offer educational material and it is not to be construed as tax or legal advice. We are not here to live a clients life for them, but rather to teach them to live their best life through being able to solve their own issues through education and awareness.

      While trying to process the dispute for *************************** working in his favor as an advocate, we tried to explain the dispute process but this was fraught with frustration and met with hostility. The first course of action when settling a dispute with a seller on the marketplace is to have the client and seller connect directly.This almost always settles the issue and allows the client to manage their own affairs for themselves. *************************** became hostile when this was explained to him demanding a refund. Although we cannot process a refund without first exhausting the procedures to settle a dispute, especially when a client by their own volition admitted to receiving the goods or services.

      It was further discovered that the *************************** violated the Sellers terms and conditions providing the information to a third-party. The trust that is given to client with the intellectual property they receive especially when in a format that can be shared is no laughing matter. Particularly with consideration to time investment that must be faced in the creation thereof. Following is the statement made by client admitting that he provided the information from this private seller to a third party.

      Management has concluded that at no time in the correspondence with the client did operator threatened client in any way. The correspondence was reviewed by management immediately after these statements.Management was unable to assess a single threat or belligerent remark towards the client. Operator was professional, to the point, and tried to assist client even beyond the scope of what we expect.
      We train our operators as much as possible that in all interactions they must be as neutral as possible and leave emotions out of business as it only clouds the ability to create satisfaction.

      Buyer has the right to hire an independent third party for remediation to reach a resolution. To which we will happily provide all of the records thereto to try and continue to reach a resolution. Providing records or information to other third parties would be strictly prohibited by our privacy policy except in the instance where the client initiates the third party thereby waiving their right to privacy in resolutions of the initiation thereof.
