Had my home built by your company May 2016. My screened in porch has the post holding it up have rottting because your company did not use treated lumber. There are not even the correct number of post to hold my porch in the first place but it is absolutely ridiculous that me and my husband who has since passed were told that the lumber was treated lumber and its most certainly is not treated lumber and now its gonna cost me tons of out of pocket money because your company can not use the correct lumber. I am ********************************************************************** previous stress and I received no response from your company. Just a couple months ago water main line burst because your company used pex piping on the outside of the house and the shark bite broke because there was red **** on top of it and not top soil or any protection around the pex piping. My grandson is a plumber and you do not use pex piping on the outside of a home, you use pvc piping. Also the hardwood recently separated and flew into the laundry room and my granddaughter got hurt and found out the flooring was not nailed down correctly. I had I have reached out to your company in June/July 2016 to the corporate office and I received no response from your company then as well. Problems just when we moved in included no shower doors, family bathroom was put on backwards, kitchen cabinets doors and drawers were not the quiet slide that we paid extra for, paid extra for a door to be installed int he apartment attached to the home but I caught them putting a window in instead and had to be changed, pantry door was not what we had ordered, wiring for the stereo/computer equipment was not done correctly. Your company has cost me and my deceased husband way to much money out of pocket and I want something done about this I mean I have been waiting over 5 years for a response to my letter and no have so many more issues going on.
