On 7 July 2024 at approx.. 5:45PM I made an order online for an Oil Pan Gasket. I live in *********, ************** and according to the AutoZone website, store #** at **************************************** was the closest to my residence. I purchased the item and paid extra for same day delivery. After the transaction had completed and I had finished paying, the next page popped up stating that it will be delivered on 8 July 2024. On the 8th of July, began taking my car apart so when the part arrived, I could just put it back on and it was complete. It is now 8:57PM and I still don't have my part. When I called the store I was put on hold.by a gentleman that didn't give his name and I waited for 43 minutes until I decided to hang up and call back. This time, at 4:51PM, a lady named ***** answered and stated the item was pulled and waiting on a delivery driver.. I then waited until 8:29PM and called to see what was the hold up, and the same guy from earlier placed me on hold again like last time. This time I waited until 8:32PM before I hung up and call right back. This time it was answered by ******* that stated she didn't know where the item was and I needed to call the hub and she gave me the number. I then called the hub at 8:34PM and I spoke with ****** and he asked about the item and went to go look for it. *** and Behold, he returned to the phone and told me he found the part and had called an Uber Driver to come get it and bring it to me at my home. I thanked him and we hung up. Now, I think I should be refunded for my same day delivery charge.***********************
