Ordered on March 26th April 2nd sent customer service email (no reply) April 3rd called customer service. Agent promised to call me back tomorrow with an answer from above his pay grade (never called back)April 5th reply to my April 3rd email telling me this was a custom order and it would be shipped by April 16th. There was NO evidence on site state this was a custom order piece. I would have never ordered that. I told them that. April 13th reply to my April 5th email saying it was made clear it was custom ordered (it wasnt) but assured again it would be shipped by April 16th. April 19 I email them and say April 16th has came and went where is my email saying it has shipped? (No reply as of today, April 22nd)Business Response

Hello,
Upon investigation, we find that we addressed the customer concern regarding her order. This order contained a made-to-order item as outlined on our website.
We spoke with the customer and resolved the issue by understanding her frustration, sincerely apologizing for the hoops they had to jump through, sending her the item ordered as well as refunding her item.
At the end of the conversation, the customer was provided with my direct phone number as well as email should she require additional assistance.

My mother ordered singlets for her grandson on March 23rd. We have emailed them three times, And called twice with no answer. There is nothing about our order being sent out. It says up to 20 days that 20-day **** is already passed. They sent out the initial. Your order is created. Took the money but has not done anything since! This website is purely a scam. Hello,
After reviewing this complaint, we were able to compile some of the receipts dealing with customer service and the length at which the order was shipped. We do place information on our site for custom items that it could take up to 20 business days to be fulfilled. The customer ordered on March 23rd. The order was fulfilled on April 17th, which is in the allotted 20 business days. It looks like the customers original email was sent Saturday April 12th, we sent a response on April 15th (shown above) explaining the production and an estimated shipping date. The customer sent the 2nd email on April 16th, to which we replied April 18th with attached tracking number. We apologized for the inconvenience, however we met the expectations listed in our description.

Business modeled so that returns are impossible. Now return of sale items but conveniently, every item is a sale item. But they'll let you pay a fee for "free returns" and keep that as well.Initial Complaint

Our wrestling team, ************* (*************, ****) placed a large order (*****) for our entire team. Singlets, shirts, pants, 1/4 zip **** etc. This order was assured that it would be completed and shipped out and received by 12/03/23. That date passed and none of us received our orders. The coach was then told we would have our entire order by 12/17/23. The team has been contacting *****, and we were also told to e-mail ********. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they stopped responding. Eventually they sent some of the singlets, and then later some pants. After almost every parent contacted them to complain, CEO ********************* finally got involved and advised that he sent ********************************************************************** a bulk order to the coach, and the remaining 1/4 zips would be shipped a few days later. The coach received the shipment, and we still did not get our son's 1/4. He has now had over 30 matches without the items we ordered over 6 months ago. Very frustrating to say the least! I understand things can happen, but for a company to keep promising items paid for with new dates and still not delivering is beyond an accident.Initial Complaint

We placed a order for nearly 4k on 8 November, we went with you all because you assured us you were faster than *****. Our order was supposed to arrive 6 December. Yet here we are on 18 Dec with no product. We have called over and over again. We spoke to our salesman who has no clue where our items are in the process and cannot provide us with a day, we can expect to receive what we ordered. Meanwhile we are 3 weeks into our wrestling season, and we haven't gotten our uniforms or warmups. This cannot be the way that you are happy to run a business. It's extremely frustrating we have already moved team pictures back and with the holidays here I am sure we won't get any updates. I would appreciate it if you held your team accountable and ensured that they provided customers with accurate information and ************* times on products ordered. This company is a scam. Much like myself, people have ordered apparel from them and have not received it. I placed my order on 11/25/23 and it still has not even been shipped. People have ordered months before me and have not seen the product they bought.Business Response

I made an order on the company's website (takedownshop.com) on 09/22/2023. My order was confirmed and I was given an order number of #TD57946. I was told that there would be a 3 week delay before my order ships out when I followed up on the status of it. After 3 weeks, I was still not provided with a tracking number and followed up again. Previously I was getting a response from the company but now that it has passed 3 weeks and I've requested a refund, my calls, voicemails and emails are not being responded to.
