    SP ORTIZ FLOORING INSTALLED A NEW TILE SHOWER IN OUR MASTER BATH ABOUT 3 MONTHS AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED WE NOTICED THE **** WAS BULGING OUT IN AN AREA THAT WAS NOT ON A WATERLINE, WE IMMEDETIAELY STARTED REACHING OUT TO MR. ******************** , TOOK US OVER A MONTH TO FINALLY REACH HIM THROUGH INSTAGRAM BECAUSE HE WAS NOT RESPONDING TO ANY CALLS OR TEXT , WHEN WE FINALLY SPOKE WITH HIM HE STATED HE WAS IN ****** FOR A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH HIS TILE GUY, WHICH HAS BEEN MONTHS AGAO , HE STOPPED RESPONDING TO ALL CALLS , TEXT INSTANT MESSAGES EVERYTHING WE HAVE NOT USED OUT SHOWER IN A YEAR BECAUSE WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT FURTHER DAMAGE IT MAY DO . HE NEED TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR REFUND US THE MONEY WE SPENT OVER $5000

    On the 24 of august I went out to mr. *** lets house and looked over the area of concern. In doing so I removed the area and found the problem and was able to fix it that same day. I had his husband ***** sign a paper saying that the problem was fixed and dated it. If any question or concerns you can reach out to me.
