Several weeks ago a man came to our home with demographic information regarding me . My husband told him we were not interested & to take us off their list. Two days ago another salesman returned, I asked him where he got my information, & he said I filled out a form about death benefits. I do not complete these kinds of forms because I believe that most are scams. The salesman was very persistent in showing me my information on his tablet. I told him I wanted that to be deleted & to never bother me again or I would contact the BBB. He said he didnt care if I did that. Today, a young man showed up at my door announcing he was from North American Senior Benefits and asked me to confirm the name he had on his list. I asked what this was about, he referenced following up on a $5 check I received and senior benefits I was eligible for. I told him I had received no such check, that I was not interested in anything he was selling and to leave. He went on to say he had the $5 check to give to me, I interrupted to tell him again I was not interested in anything he had to offer. I asked if he had seen the No Trespassing signs posted on either side of my driveway, he stated that he did not. (You can't enter without seeing one or the other.) I pointed out he was trespassing and that he should leave, he began his spiel again. I then just told him to get off my property, he then turned and left. I'm appalled at his ignorance of my posted signs and this company's violation of my privacy.Business Response

I received the 5.00 check from this company. First of all I'm 51 years old so I'm not eligible for senior benefits. Lastly have them remove my information from their database. ThanksBusiness Response

I was told his services was for ********** like food stamps etc... but that was just for me to open the door than he mentioned life insurance... I wasn't sure if I needed it or not but I went along with it anyway. The next day I talked to my mom and found out I already was cover and asked the agent to cancel my insurance because I didn't need it. He did not and it took my money off my card. I talked to the agent twice and was told he would take care of it. The first comes and the money comes right off my card. I'm pisssed off and would like a refund immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!The benefits coordinator name is ***** **********.Business Response

I apologize that you have had this experience. I am contacting this agents manager to investigate the situation but we are unable to issue refunds since payment is not paid to us, it is paid to the insurance carrier. If you would like to contact me via email at *************************** and I can get the carrier information from you such as, Liberty, Mutual of *****, Transamerica etc, I will be able to get you the proper contact information to discuss the charge and cancellation with them if your agent has not helped with this sufficiently. You can also call our office and someone here can give you the contact information for the carrier at **************. If you are having trouble finding who the carrier is, you can look on your bank statement and find the name next to the charge and that should help you as well. On 3/5/2025 I received a check in the amount of $5.00 via mail from North American Senior Benefits, LLC. I have since reviewed complaints about this company trying to solicit business and would like no further contact from them. I did not cash the check and it has been shredded.Business Response

In Dec 2024 I received an unsolicited $5.00 check from North America Senior Benefits. The letter that accompanied the check stated there was no obligation to cash the check. After cashing the check, I received voicemails by this company regarding my "benefits" (very vague). I finally talked to them and after learning what they wanted to sell me, I told them I was NOT interested and not to contact me again. Today, 2/14/25, I was leaving my house to run errands only to find an unfamiliar pickup truck parked in my driveway. As a lone woman I felt on guard as I did not know who this man was nor did I have any kind of appointment set with him. He said he was from this company and showed me a copy of the check I cashed. I told him that I had already said I wasn't interested and how sorry I was that I ever cashed that check! I feel that my privacy and safety have been compromised, that they would actually show up in my driveway just because they have my home address! Who does that! Apparently THIS company does, after reading some of these complaints. Shame on them! If anyone from this company shows up at my home again I WILL call the police! I am requesting that ALL of my information be removed from their contact list. Thank you.Business Response

**** ********* came to my home unannounced. I was not at home and he shared my personal financial information with the person who answered the door. I called him at the number on the card he left to discuss. I ended the call when he said, "Lady, I don't give a ****."Business Response

hello, i am following up a dispute. Encountered a scammer saying he works with advanced ******************** and saying i was approved up to $5,000. With a monthly installment for $152.77 a month. The scammer name was ***** ***** has me to give my information to him like my social security, driver license and banking information. And he deposit a check into my account and forcing me to go to my local ******* to purchase him these ******* money card. And telling me not to end the call and stay on the line with him, after making these purchases he told me to go back into my vehicle and give him the cards details. Later on, that night the next morning i saw my bank account went a negative balance, i asked the scammer why did it got charged back he claimed that it was cause i didn't return the full amount back to them. And asking me to give my new banking information so they can go and fix it which is a lie and a scam. The checks came to North America Senior Benefits from a insurance company. And also i didn't endorse my signature to the check the scammer did now tryna press charge back on me. And now i am in a situation where i can't get the money back from green dot bank cause there was no funds to retrieve.Business Response

It appears that our name may be being used as a cover for whatever scam this person is attempting, but it is not coming from our business. 1/6/25: North American Senior Benefits, agent, ****** *******, sold life ins. 1/7: cancel policy. 1/8: ***** was taken out my account and called ******. 1/13: infor ****** about missing funds.
