      7/30 I placed an order for 8 personalized puzzles as a Gift of Love for people serving in my ministry. They all live in 8 different States. I rcvd their Correct Nameplate that was in their bag of puzzles, mailed everyone theirs and started getting calls that the Actual puzzle pieces had someone else's name on them. Ex: ***** got her nameplate but ******** puzzle pieces. They had the nameplate inside the bag of puzzles. All 8 rcvd someone else's puzzle pieces tho their name was on the Nameplate inside the baggie of puzzle pieces.I called at least 10 times, email numerous times via canvas champ, fb, and left vm. Finally at the end of August, they finally realized what they did and remade the order, but said they would not mail directly to them.(I had already spent postage mailing all 8). I do have the original emails if I need to provide.9/15 I rcvd the remake with the nameplates and puzzle pieces...again I mail to All 8 based on the Nameplate in the baggie with the puzzle pieces. Well I started getting text saying they have the wrong Puzzle pieces again. ***** has her nameplate and "KENDRAs" pieces. ***** has her nameplate and "TRINETTES" Puzzle pieces. They were gifts. I didn't think to pit the puzzle together before I mailed them, because I trusted the company. Again, I have called nonstop, I have sent text messages with screenshots, still Nothing!! They are not cooperating, and I would've Loved for each to get their Correct puzzle pieces because of the message on them, Canvas Champ isn't able to provide that.I spent $80.52 PLUS Shipping twice because of their error. They make a commitment to No hassle on a Refund if your order isn't correct, but thats not true. I have ordered there before and never had this issue. All I want is my money back so I can find someone who can do the puzzles correctly. There has not been No Resolution with Canvas Champ.

      I ordered 2 canvases on 8/31. After waiting two weeks, they finally arrived but one was damaged. I immediately contacted the company - getting through to them on the phone is impossible. They have hold music playing for over an hour. I sent an email asking for a free replacement with pictures attached showing damage, they emailed back 2 days later asking if it would be okay to send a replacement. This was September 12 and I emailed back immediately confirming a replacement would be great but have not heard back from them again. I followed up with two more emails but no one is writing back now. The customer service is horrendous. I want either my refund or a new piece sent out immediately.

      I ordered from this company on July 10th, 2024 for 3 products that were supposed to be delivered for a death anniversary on July 19th. I waited until July 21st to contact the company. After I first contacted the company they assured me that I would receive the product in ***** business hours. After 48 hrs passed I called back because I still had no product. I asked to speak with the manager and **** ********** lied and said the manager would give me a call in ****************************************************************************************** *****. I called back and received another lie from Eden ********** saying that my order would be shipped out with it ***** hours. Over the span of a week and a half I called back 4 times and was told the same lie 4 times. I asked for the number for a US location and they lied and said they didnt have a US location. A few days after the last time I called a number from ******* (their US location) called me and assured that my product would be delivered in ***** hours. It was not. I received my package YESTERDAY an entire month later and it is still wrong. I ordered 3 items and only received two. I would like a full refund.

      I have purchased a set of canvas through Canvas Champ nearly a month ago. After a multiple calls to their customer support, it was navigated to DHL and I was told they were not able to locate the package. Now, they stopped replying me and no one answered when I called their service number. $81 wasted

      On May 13th i placed and order through canvas champ. they claim next day shipping which wasnt the case but they said my estimated delivery date was May 22nd. i have not received product i ordered. it says its still in product and ive reached out to company 3 different times now all resulting with same message that they are escalating my order and have no clue when shipping of my product will be. this was an anniversary gift that now since took so long i had to come up with another gift, if i had known it would take this long i would of never purchased it

      The product promised was not the product delivered. States on their site : "Free refunds and returns. Love your print or return itour promise, no hassle." They did not make the item correctly and are not offering to accept return of the item. I have emails and screen shots for proof of the issue. Thank you, ****

      On May 8, 2024 I placed an order for three 20 x 20 metal prints. I paid $133.53. On May 14, 2024 I received my order , however when I opened it. There was only one of the prints. Since then, I have attempted to email them Twice, Called them three times even attempted to use their chat feature, None of Which resulted in a response other than an automated email response from one of my emails these items are time sensitive for me so I feel giving them a week to respond is more than fair. I have already re-ordered the other two prints I didnt receive , from another company .at this point I would just like a refund of $89.02 which is 2/3 of what I Paid. Im not trying to get anything for free. Im happy with what I received. I just received everything I paid for.. The order number is#usa ************

      Dear Sir or Maam:On February 27th -- I purchased 2 x $50 Gift Certificates on-line for 2 Newlyweds from Canvas Champs but my intented recipients never received.I have +Attached the e-mail(S) questioning the status of my order but absolutely no success despite asking multiple times. I then called 800 number (which is recorded) and learned there was I.T. glitch but my intended recipients still have not received.I have multiple complaints against Canvas Champ which I want resolve & in-writing.1.Paid for 2 x $50 Gift Certificates that need to be delivered to my recipients. (+Attached Documents)a.I want both intended recipient & myself to receive notice because I do NOT trust Canvas Champ at this point since I have requested multiple times.2.One reason for purchasing these 2 Canvas is because Canvas Champ was offering free 12x8 canvas Coupon CCFREE12BY8 if you spend $50 but never received. (+Attached Documents) 3.My loyalty account is incorrect and doest not relfect correct point balance for all my purchases over the years (easily 10+ Canvases purchased).Despite my past experiences with Canvas Champs being very positive over the years -- the ****************** I received from Canvas Champ is unacceptable and as of today my intended recipients still have not received. The receipients are 2 Newlywed couples so as you can imagine this is disappointing and embarrassing since I gave this to them as a gift and informed them in the wedding card.I have spent my valuable time trying to resolve, intiaiting this complaint, and compiling.       I purchased 7 photo items back in December 2023. I paid extra for expedited delivery to have them delivered by the 27th of December. December 27th came no delivery. I uses their chat, I was told to give it a couple of more days. It is now 3 days after the initial 27th and still no items. I used their chat again and keep getting the run around and they will not issue a refund, only for delivery. It was gifts which I now no longer need and I explained that to them. I told them to cancel it cause I still haven't received it.

      Canvas Champ agreed to make a neon sign for me but instead of showing me a proof, they manufactured a product that does not match what was represented on their design tool. Namely, a dot on the letter i, which is not a dot on the finished product.When I brought his to their attention, they claimed that a dot cannot be made on neon signs, contrary to a minimum of seven signs on their website in addition to the design tool I used, which represented as a dot.
