    This project started out great, then ended really poorly. We needed our roof replaced as well as some siding replaced. The roof quote and work was straightforward. When it came to replacing the siding, the quote (which we discussed being for our entire chimney area) was only replaced for the chimney area above the roof (not visible unless on the roof). There were visible holes from ground view on the outside of the chimney, which our assumption was included in the quote because it was so blatantly obvious. The calculation of 90ft of siding should have surely covered more than the small portion of our chimney above the roof. When texting with ********, he said that it would be an additional $1,400 to replace 13 more boards that are roughly 5 long. There was a lack of honesty, transparency and integrity with their was of business and I would steer clear of for any work.

    First Week in February:Roof inspected by 5 roof professionals ( 4 roof contractors and 1 Insurance Adjuster). It was documented that I DID NOT need a new roof. Insurance Adjuster denied claim. Roof is in its 12th years of a 35-year-life, ( Architectural Shingles). Professionals concluded that minor repairs were needed at roof's edge just above master bedroom and master bedroom.FEBRUARY 16, 2022 A 6th roofer believes and has said,"The Life of your roof is over". He found "other issues" and would repair the initial bedroom and bathroom leaks "plus everything else for $700. He called it a " Complete Roofing Tune-up". That was February 16, 2022. MARCH 19, 2022 - JULY 1, 2022 Since that time his brother and another guy has returned to my home twice to fix leaks. The 3rd time they showed up they didn't do any repairs. They drove off without notice. Today July 11, ************************ the SAME EXACT area as February 16, 2022. Attached are photos he sent to me of the roof edge, (bathroom and bedroom area(, AFTER he "completed the job on February 16th. Notice no repair work done at roof's edge. See also pics of ceiling stains directly above bedroom and bath due to leaky roof.Owner's obsession has been on what future leaks "May" occurs that he will not pay for. Lets stick to the present. I request a full refund due o breach of contract. Roof leaks at roof's edge and STILL, after 5 month, causing ceiling stains. The Complete or Full Roofing Tune up failed.

    Owner ******, recently admitted in the Thumbtack App, that he wasnt sure how his brother missed the repairs I am now complaining about.
