Order #BS274741251650663712 Date of transaction: April 22 Grand Total : $1907.97 Paid extra for order to arrive by April 27.The order did not arrive by April 27, and I was notified April 29. I needed the order by May 5 for a work event. When I messaged inquiring about delivery by that date, they said they could not. I asked for a refund at that time more than five different times. They refused. They promised that the tablecloths would be delivered by May 5 end of day. I said I would continue with the order only if they delivered by May 5. They agreed. Today is May 5, and when I checked the tracker, the tablecloths were still in design and production mode, not in shipping mode. The tablecloths did not arrive as the vendor promised. They said that they would arrive tomorrow, May 6. I told them I need them today May 5, not tomorrow May 6, and asked for a refund yet again. They said as a token of apology, they will refund the delivery fee. However, I need this product for the work event and it will arrive too late to use it for that: they said "******, we really apologies for the inconvenience. As confirmed with the logistics team, you will get the delivery tomorrow before 12:00 PM. We will try our best to deliver it before that." I responded, "No. You've made me this promise already two days ago. I need it today, not tomorrow. Please refund my order. I am very upset with the poor service I have received." Their response was to send me the ***** delivery code telling me it was too late, that the order had shipped. In the time that I asked for a refund, they shipped the order. I no longer need this product, since it did not make it in time for the work event, and expect a full refund. I also want to go on file that this company makes false promises to customers, even charging them extra fees for delivery, and does not follow through. They then referred me to the feedback team, ignoring my request for refund and proceeded to deliver the order. What a scam.Business response

I purchased a custom table banner plus express shipping for an additional $15. The subtotal was $60.08, when I viewed my invoice the charge was $119.21. I was charged two banners, one with the design and another without. I checked their site to see what the issue with the order was to have doubled my total and found a message that I had two items in my order and that for the second table cloth there was no design so they were waiting for me to submit a design before starting production. Then at the very bottom in a disclaimer, it said that regardless of the ****************** orders would be delayed because there was not a design to use. I didn't even choose to have a second cloth so why would I need to submit a design and as soon as the issue was identified why didn't they notify me when I spent additional money for express shipping. I found this to be an ethical error and messaged the company by raising a claim on the order the next day in the afternoon I receive an email from them that my order would be delayed because the second product did not have a design. I had enough with their scam company and spoke to customer service where ****** promised me a refund for the second table cloth, but instead, I am being charged an additional ten dollars. Now my total is ******. I raised another ticket but doubt this will be resolved so I came here to report them as a scam that steals money by promising to deliver in a certain timeframe and making sly excuses for not getting the job done. I was also on hold with their customer service for ten minutes and hung up even though I was caller 1. How did I have to wait in line to be hung up on if I was the person in waiting? I will only pay the original amount of $60.08 and nothing more. I request my delivery to be made on the fifth as I paid for the express shipping. If I do not receive my product by the end of the day on the 5th then the banner is useless to me and I should receive a full refund.Business response

Hi ******, We are sorry to note your disappointment with the order received. It is understandable that ordering online can be difficult and that there was a problem. So, when you requested a refund for the 2nd Table Runner, the refund was processed from our end on 3rd May 2022. There were two packages delivered for your order due to a miscommunication in the production, one was delivered on 5th May as requested, the other on 9th, however, we have refunded for one product.Initial Complaint

REFUSE TO DESIGN PROPERLY OR REFUND ORDER. After 14 revisions, the design team refuses to refunded the order. They refuse to do the requested revision such as increasing the arrow length, instead they will increase the entire image, which messes up all the borders and the top border completely gone. They will not change the font size either, instead they will shrink that part of the sign which looks blurred and not proportionate to the rest of the sign. When I ask to make the body of the arrow longer, they will instead shrink the width and stretch the arrow, rather than redrawing the arrow. TERRIBLE! I can do this myself! But no, they insist for 4 weeks now, trying to get me money back.Business response

This business is a ***** I purchased two signs from them. Once the order has been submitted they are supposed to send a proof to me. I never received it. I called them on three separate occasions. They told me that I would receive the proof in 2-3 hours, then 30 minutes, then on my third call they said 24-48 hours. At that point I told them I needed to cancel my order. They told me that they canceled my order and I would receive a cancelation email. I asked them "when"? They said in a few minutes. I asked them to stay on the phone with me while I confirmed I received the email. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Then, the next day I received an email from them saying that I needed to provide a reason for my cancelation and that they tried to call me. They said my order would remain as 'pending' and they would not cancel the order unless I gave them a reason. I picked up the phone when they called and got a message 'all of our representatives are busy"....there is so much more I can say!Business response
