    3/23/24 I visited Peachtree ******** PIC office 4 arm pain. I chz this loc bcuz of initial pricing gvn 2 me, U guys were a better fit 4 my fins & out of pkt **st. PIC My **** was higher, then wht I was told prior 2 being seen. C **nvo w/times & dates w/reps for PIC: C initial **nvo I had w/PIC ****************** abt the $100 office visit & $150 arm x-ray.************ *** listen 2 re**rding?3/8/24 11:49am 2 mins 3/18/24 2:40 pm 7 mins 3/20/24 2:13 pm 2 mins 4/4/24 12:01pm I call the **** ********** w/******* (****) & 2ld her **** was in**rrect & explained wht initially hap'd I call my ins ** & explained 2 ********** rep **** wht I was dealing with. **** **nf ******** Bill on call & ironically, we got **** 12:35 p.m. **** told **ncerns 2 ****. **** got her mgr involved, mostly holding, **** said her mgr listened 2 call & money wasn't mentioned. I said, she need 2 listen 2 initial call i had w/rep @ Duluth Hwy loc in. **** said i will see if my mgr can **ntact the off mgr for that loc. Once disc frm ****************** said PIC need 2 listen 2 re**rded call frm that loc & honor it. 4/4/24, I call ****ing bck 2 gve time/ dates 4 Initial Call 4 review, rep IM **** 4 me. 4/11/24 8:15am I call PIC Duluth Hwy loc 4 the off mgr & was told she wks 3 locs. I call all 3 & not able 2 speak w/her. Buford Loc 8:18 am. I called ********************* 8:21am & spk w/Harley & left msg 4 **************. 4/12/24, I call Buford loc @ 10:30am 2 spk w/*************, not avail, I called bck 2nd time @1:37pm & not avail. I Left mgs. 4/12/24 @ 1:38 pm I call PIC ************* w/*******, frm 2:05pm to 2:22 pm. I asked 2 spk w/ mgr & explained 2 ******* (rep) my situation. She said it had been escalated 2 mgr. She esc it again. *** listen 2 **nvo. I was aware I had ********* hve 2 pay out of pkt. I was very careful abt finding out hw mch the **st 4 off visit & x ray. I respectfully ask U 2 reduce my **** 2 the $100 off visit I was initially told. No one has reached out to me.** I had to abbr a lot of words.
