      I had a vehicle finance through US Auto Sales, my car was totalled on 7/9/2021. Myself and my Progressive Insurance Adjuster called and spoke to a claim representative from US Auto asking for a Letter of Guarantee, the Representative stated it would be emailed in 24 hours, its been 12 days and we still don't have it and we can't reach anyone in the claims department. The problem im having is we were told one price on July 29th and now that it's 12 days later I don't want to owe anymore interest. I need help dealing with this finance company.

Our records indicate Ms. ******** and her insurance provider Progressive called into our Insurance Department and requested a Letter of Guarantee. Once the Letter of Guarantee is requested, the account must be verified to generate the letter. The letter of Guarantee was approved and sent directly to Progressive August 16, 2021. Based on the information outlined above, U.S. Auto met its contractual requirements.

      Im Disabled and Im having some issues my Husband left and I havent got enough money this month to pay my car payment I need to Defer August payment and start with September 3 rd payment I have reguested and nothing I have been on time and I feel that They should give me my Deferment with no questions ask I need my car and they turn it off and then I cant get to my Doctor's Appointments or My sons and My son is an severe Asthmatic please help me Im begging for your help so they will turn my car back on

Our records indicate Ms. ***** called into out customer service department August 4, 2021, to request a deferment. Ms ***** was informed to have a deferment reviewed, she would need to provide proof of hardship. Ms ***** declined sending the requested documents delaying the deferment review process. As a gesture of good customer service, U.S. Auto approved a 2-payment deferment for August without the requested documents as an exception. Based on the information outlined above, U.S. Auto met its contract requirements. We now consider this matter resolved.

      I was in a total loss accident 2 weeks ago and I finance through US Auto Sales. My insurance company is trying to get in contact with them to do the payout. I have tried contacting them as well no one is ever available in the insurance claims department and no other department can help. US AUTO SALES keeps calling to collect a debt tho when myself and my claims rep have been trying to contact them so they can receive the payment. The hold times are outstanding and I'm holding for no reason because no one ever answers the phone! This is very frustrating.

Her feedback was provided to the appropriate department's attention. Our records indicate the vehicle was deemed a total loss July 25, 2021. Ms. *****'s insurance reached out for a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) on August 9, 2021. Once the Letter of Guarantee is requested, the account must be verified to generate the letter. The LOG was sent August 13, 2013, and proof of insurance payment was received. U.S. Auto is awaiting insurance payment to mail the Title. Our insurance department has been notified and will be reaching to Ms. ***** to provide further status updates.

      I puchased a vehicle from Us Auto sales. I didn't have my vehicle 4 months and already having transmission problems. I am constantly spending money on lyfts to get back and forward to work plus paying a car note for a car I cant use. I had to get it towed 100 miles homes.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/05) */ We thank Mr. ****** for his feedback. We pride ourselves in the vehicles we sell and apologize for the mechanical issues experienced by Mr. ******. Our records indicate he purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion on February 26, 2021. Mr. ****** vehicle service contract was administered through Dealer Owned Warranty Company (DOWC). A claim was filed July 15, 2021. It was determined there was a mechanical issue with the transmission. By July 20, 2021, the claim was approved and determined a replacement transmission would be available at the repair facility by July 29, 2021. On July 30, 2021, Mr. ****** reached out to DOWC to advise he would like to take the vehicle another shop since the currently repair facility would take an additional week to repair. U.S. Auto reached out to the repair facility Alpha Automotive, and they confirmed having the vehicle. The transmission has been received by the repair facility. The repairs are expected to be completed within a week. The claim is currently pending payment. Mr. ****** will need to communicate directly with the repair facility on the completion of the repairs. Based on the information outlined above U.S. Auto met its contract requirements.
