    After reading all of the negative reviews I was extremely worried when this company was assigned the repair of my refrigerator by the warranty company, but my experience with them was wonderful! The technician was very professional, he had all of the parts on his truck and was finished with all of the repairs in about an hour. They did come a day later than the warranty folks had said they would but that is not their fault, the people that take the initial call should not state when the repair service will be there, they have no idea who will be assigned the repair or what their schedule may look like. I would definitely use this company again.

    I was extremely happy with DDD Appliance Repair Service. My LG Refrigerator compressor went out this week and LG sent them out to cover the warranty repairs. The technician Jeremy knew exactly what he was doing he had all the needed repair parts and had it up and running in a couple hours. Fine young man and quality workmanship. I would recommend DDD Appliance Repair.

    The DDD services techs sent to repair our refrigerator under warranty were great. They had the part needed on the truck so they were able to make the repair the same day instead of having to come back again. They were very friendly and professional and made sure the job was completed. They cleaned up when they left and did an all-around good job! They were sent to us through our warranty but we would call them again for sure.

    The guys from Ddd appliance repair did an outstanding job at repairing my LG refrigerator. They had all parts in stock on their van. Replaced compressor and condenser (a know problem with LG).

    Company was not of any assistance repairing my refrigerator. Although they were unable repair it they were rude when I complained to them about the problem. We were without a refrigerator for 6 plus weeks. At our expense we had to go out and purchase a new refrigerator even though the one that DDD was trying to repair was only 6 month old and was in fully in warranty. The repair man wrote up that we refused service which was totally NOT TRUE. I have never been through such a nightmare in my life. I didn't even ask this company to come repair it. I would have had a local company to repair it. Steer clear of these people.

    Good afternoon,
    We were sent this call through ** warranty, we can only order parts that ** will cover and can only do what our contract with ** allows us to do. We came out multiple times to repair the unit with parts ** told us to order for the unit itself the last time that we sent a tech out was on **/**/2022 where the customer signed the paperwork stating he did not want any more repairs done due to the unit having multiple repairs, that same day the tech told him that he could get it back cooling in which customer stated no.
    All paperwork is sent into ** when the tech leaves the home, I can also send you& customer a copy of the invoice he signed stating he wanted no more repairs. Customer then called our office being rude to me because ** would not help him with food loss due to customer throwing the unit away. We have nothing to do with ** not helping provide coverage for food lost, that is all up to ** and they require certain documents for that process. I do know that the customer has to send them the model/ serial tag off of the old unit and if they customer already threw his unit away before giving that to ** then ** will not move forward with reimbursing any money. We told the customer that there was no way to change paperwork documents due to the signature. We cannot void ANY warranty on ANY product only ** is the only ones that can make that call.

    Everything thing that I said in my statement is true. The note that his the repairman had me sign was not legible and I did not read it when he handed me a clipboard to sign this note. He NEVER told me that he could get it cooling again. Having the food loss was never a big deal with DDD. I called them to tell that I was concerned about not having the use of my refrigerator for 6 weeks and was deeply concerned about ** not making this warranted because of what the repair person scribbled on the paper that I signed. When the repairman wrote this note I showed him rust on the bottom of the freezer. I feel that it took DDD too long to get the refrigerator repaired. My intention was not to do DDD who was rude to me any harm. My intention was for this letter to warn others of the problems that I experienced with them. I did not junk the refrigerator I sent it back ***** when I bought another one from them. I have no idea why they had any idea of what happened to it. It wasn't their concern. And this happened long after we parted ways. I did handle this with ** and BTW I had sent the refrigerator sticker to ** asked me for it. This was no concern of DDD. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I was dealing with a company that could not repair my refrigerator in a timely manner.

    We have no control over parts that are ordered directly through LG.
    We cannot make them ship out parts any faster than they do, that would be an issue you would need to take up with LG.
    All we do is come out and repair what LG allows us to repair, they have to approve parts to be ordered before we just order something.
    There is a whole line of things that have to be done before approval and when certain parts are out of stock or on back order that is out of our control.
    We are so sorry that you feel this way and sorry for any inconvenience!

    DDD thank you very much!!! My call to the office was promptly answered by a very professional and friendly woman who listened to my needs and immediately scheduled a service call. Thomas the technician was SUPER friendly and very knowledgable and quickly disagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts to get our dishwasher working! Thanks DDD!!
