    Personnel cam out on the 20th of December to ***air refrigerator. 1. Said would be back b4 Christmas.understanf the holidays. 2. Come back on Jan 2nd to ***air said was done. 3. Jan4 same issue returned. Called the number that the ***air *** called me on and left a message. Called (can only chat) the warranty company Assurant., was told would hear from someone within 2. Days. Havent, so called back was told through (chat) problem escalated. Called again today but can only reach through chat. was told same thing escalatedbut my refrigerator wasnt working properly since Dec. Not sure what else to do. please help.

    We have a home warranty and this company was scheduled to come and complete work on our Washer on 1/13/2024, they did not show and did not answer our calls. We waited til Monday and called the warranty company who was unable to get a hold of them as well. After a few days we finally got a hold of the company and they sent a technician out. He stated he will return in a few days once parts were received, parts came to our home within 2 days, we called the company back. Once again no answer. Called the warranty company they were also having a hard time contacting them. After many messages and emails we were advised they will come back out on 1/29, 1/30 and 1/31 and no one showed. We are getting nowhere with this company or the warranty company on our repair

    We purchased our GE washer from Lowes with warranty. The washer stopped working after three months. First appointment made, no one showed up. Second appointment made, repair man showed up and fixed the washer that was ordered through a GE technician. The washer still does not run. Several calls were made to both GE and Lowes who both kept redirecting my calls to each other. When I figured out that a third party company was called without my consent I was livid. No one answers their phone nor do they respond to text messages from the number they sent me from the first visit. Now I may have to pay someone else to come fix their poor work to use my washer again. I'm very disappointed with HBK, whom I never asked for, ** and *****. Find out who your tech is before the work is done. I had no idea a third party was called by the manufacturer. Clearly this guy was not qualified and HBK will not return my calls to fix this.

    I have a BRAND NEW Whirlpool refrigerator from ****** that stopped working after two months of use. ****** contracts with HBK Appliance Solutions to come out and inspect the refrigerator. They tell us we need a new compressor and they'll get right on it. No one has called to schedule to repair, and when we call, they hang up on us. We have been without a refrigerator for two weeks now.

    I file a claim with HBK APPLIANCES SOLUTIONS, *** on july 25 to get my washer and dryer fixed. The technician came to my house and checked the washer and dryer. He said that both machines needed parts to he ordered and that would take 3-5 business days. After 6 days passed i called the company to schedule a second appointment to get the parts installed. Appointment was scheduled but technician never showed up. I called back to understand why the technician never showed up and they told me they technician wasnt in my area that day. I proceeded to schedule another appointment and insisted that they call me 30 minutes before arriving as their policy states. The technician never called or showed up at the scheduled appointment. Ive emailed, called multiple times without anyone answering. *** called Lowes the company I purchased my machines from and they said they will get in touch hut never actually get a call back from them either. Its unacceptable customer service for a service ive paid for.

    We have a refrigerator that us purchased on 01/2020 On March 10, 2022 the refrigerator stoped working.HBK has been out to fix the problem 6 times and none of the fixes have worked!2 ice makers have been replaced 2 boards electrotonic 1 fan motor they soldered some part .Today is July 7,2022 1:13pm do you think I need to go to court?Because IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!We have been living with no working refrigerator since March.Any help would be appreciated.**** & ***************************** ..

    HBK Appliances was supposed to come between 8am - 12pm on June 24, 2022 to repair my refrigerator. I contacted them for the first time at 12:30 to ask for an update. I spoke with Rose. She stated she did not see an appointment in the system. I immediately called ****** to inform them of the situation. HBK stated that I called an cancelled the appointment. This is clearly a lie and I have my phone records to prove that I did not call them to cancel and appointment. I have been without my refrigerator for three (3) weeks. Why would I call and cancel my appointment when I need my refrigerator. They wasted my time today.
