    I purchased a 2013 ******* Tucson on April 4th by April 20th i was stuck on the highway. Between 4/4 and 4/20 i contacted the dealership several times and even brought the car back for a service appt. Upon getting to appt i spoke with service manager and she stated being i changed the gas and put a fuel treatment in to take until Saturday which was the 13th and see if things are better. I did and called left a message about how the car was doing. Later on that day white smoke again. So 4/20 the car makes a noise engine light comes on and the car shuts off on highway. Its towed to dealership and has been sitting since. All i heard was theres a motor or engine issue. The service manager i have not been able to speak with. Every time i call shes busy and to leave my name and number for a return call i never got from the first message. I have lost two business contracting opportunities as i use my vehicle for work and have been having to make other arrangements for transportation for my childrens practices and My children have to picked up due to testing next week. I have been to the dealer 2-3(paying for rides) times this week with no resolution and to make matters worse to get a trade, i would either have to down grade,pay taxes to transfer on top of more of a down payment or wait til they decide to even start on my car to be fixed. Mind you i test drove two additional which sound like they would break down upon leaving.I wont get a refund or my note i paid doesnt even go towards anything. Just wasted money. Im in a bad position and stuck in limbo with no clear answer and money down the drain.I would need a resolution because this is not right.

    I purchased a 2014 ***** Sonic back in Oct. 2022.When. Purchased it I mentioned that it was making a noise and stalling and that I thought it had something to do with the gears.. I was told to bring it in and they told me it wasnt transmission related or sensor related. They fixed something charged me money and it wasnt even fixed when I got it back. It was doing the same thing but it drove and I couldnt afford not to have the car and keep missing work. Fast foward two or three months I call the dealership and inform them that the car was getting stuck in M1 and still stalling. May I mind you Im paying the car note and barely could drive it. I was told that if it was the transmission I would be responsible for paying for it and they would go 50/50 but how when Ive been crying telling yall the wasnt shifting correctly. But like I said I called them and they told me to bring it in . I did they kept it for two weeks and I got it back only for it to be dong the same thing. I was was charged 450 to get it back. They did replace my radiator fan but the main problem still stands and I paid for something that obviously wasnt the problem. I keep telling them its transmission problems and they keep tell g me its not. Ive had two shops put it on the diagnostics machine and it keeps coming back internal trans mission codes. Im steady paying a car note for a car Im scared to drive. Because it has gotten stuck in gear while driving on 85 . Please help ** currently looking for lawyers to help me. . This was the worst mistake trusting them. They try to fix everything except the real problem because they dont want to pay for it. ***************************
