    See below under desired resolution Owner of A440 pianos lied to me about the piano he sold me then tried to charge me more money for the wrong piano. I paid him 8190 and was suppose to pay another 3300 but when I caught him in the lie, he said "lets call it even" but never admitted to the lie or that he gave me the wrong piano. I want the piano I was suppose to get. Or him to pay for this pianos needed overhaul to make it playable.

    Customer is wrong claiming that we delivered the wrong piano  and owes us the balance  on the piano and the delivery  

    we showed the husband the serial number  matching the description on the various links she sent! Also by looking at all the pictures one can easy tell that the veneer and cabinet matches exactly the piano that was delivered!

    As printed  clearly on all of our Invoices the pianos we sell are as is with no warranties unless noted in the description.

    No further  repairs if needed will be paid by A440pianos and if the balance owed is not paid promptly we will follow up with all legal means necessary to recover the loss incurred
