    I was a tenant at this apartment complex for several years and ask that they fix the ongoing issues I had. They refused to do any repairs. I was receiving housing assistance and asked that they come and review the place. It failed inspection a minimum of 4 times! Because this complex refused to fix anything, they stopped providing assistance and I was forced to moved.

    My air has been out for a week now in my apartment complex making it uncomfortable for me and my kids and the weather outside has been 90 or higher degrees outside..The office did give us a portable air conditioner but that only cools downstairs because i have a townhome and everybody knows heat rises.whenever i ask when will it get fixed they tell me they dont know.And i had to fix two other problems myself dealing with my bathroom in the past because they never came out to fix it

    I complained to the rent office numerous of times. I have the proof. There are holes in the walls thats allowing squirrels in my home. And i have a 2 month old baby. And its causing me to leave my house where i pay rent at. Due to the maintenance them not fixing anything. I have called/ complained/ and ive been patient. Im trying my hardest not to call the news. Because this is just unacceptable. They wont fix or do anything in my unit. And im just tired of complaining to them. I have videos of the squirrels running around my house. Even my neighbor called me and said they seen it in my window. One of the maintenance even saw it. As he told me him self to go over the people in the leasing office.
