    On 08Sep2022, I paid $50 to A Citizen's Storage in ********, ** for my storage unit. On 24Sep2022, $201 came out of my checking account to satisfy the remaining balance on the account. On 04Nov2022, I called to check my balance to see how much I needed to pay as my pay day was 18Nov2022. I was told the balance was for $400+, and when I asked why it was so much when I just paid $201, I was directed to call San, the owner of the storage unit complex. He said it was because I had not paid the balance off. I told him I had, and he told me to send proof through email and to call him back to let him know I sent the email. I did so, and when I called him back, he never answered the phone. I called back on Monday, 07Nov2022 to tell him I emailed him again over the weekend, and also requested to have an itemized summary of my payments from February 2022 up to date. He hung up on me. On 17Nov2022, the $201 was credited back to my checking account from the storage unit. I called San to ask why he returned the money when it was already paid off. He said he would answer no more questions and hung up. I called my bank, and they said that they didn't see the transaction because he then had taken the money back out of my checking account of $201. I asked the bank if they could call him and ask why he keeps shuffling my money around. When the bank manager called, he said *** told him I asked him to refund my money to pay a lesser amount, and hung up on them as well. On 18Nov2022, the $201 was back in my checking account, and I have yet to hear from the storage unit via phone and emails that have gone unanswered. I called a little while ago and left a voice message because there was no answer. Today is Friday, 02Dec2022. Please help!!!!

    On 22 September, 2022 I arrived at ****************************** ********************************************************* Telephone number ************ to find the Unit #*** Ive been renting with all my belongings gone. Inside was an old black fan to the right side of the unit and an old gray/multi rug to the left side of the unit which didn't belong to me. All of my household items, all my property that was stored in Unit #*** was gone. I rented the Unit on 29 January 2022. The owner had no answers when I questioned him as to what happened to my belongings. He said the gate wasn't locking and that the camera did not cover the entire storage facility. I called the police to file a report. Upon arrival, Officer ******* informed me he was there a few hours earlier responding to another customer who had the same complaint about his unit being broken into. The owner Mr. ******** ******* telephone number ************ told me any concerns or question I have to direct it to the property manager Ms. (I can't remember her name) who by the way is the third property manager I have encountered since I used his facility to store my belongings. I would like your station to put the word out there so they can investigate why so many customers' property, have either been completely stolen or break-in please. I need other victims to come forward so this place can be Exposure that this facility is not a secure storage place in ******** **.
