    This towing company refuses to file a claim with their insurance after damaging my car for $6500 repair for new transmission because of the incorrect way it was towed. the service manager where it was towed whose name is ************ took a photo of the incorrect tow. The owner of tow company is ************************* I need this paid fir plus compensation for being without car for 2 months so far

    We tow this vehicle the correct way we had all the necessary equipment to do so as far as the dealership we had a couple of run ends with this dealership with there dishonesty that they try to put blame on us before about a vehicle that was taken of there lot when the *** cleared us for any wrong doing every since then they have it out for my company all my guys are trained and well maintain in this field this person was already having transmissions issues that the reason why we towed her vehicle in the first place I'm not sure what her and the dealership have going on it seems like a scam to make me pay for something that was our fault for a preexisting mechanical issue seems to me she don't want to pay for her own car to be fixed

    This person. ************************** just totally lied. My car did NOT have transmission issues. The reason it was towed was for an after sale inspection, since I live 40 miles away from the dealer and have free towing. This aftersale 40 point inspection can be confirmed by *********************.

    . Why would he state that when he just made that up?

    Our company believes in putting the customers needs first.  We advised ***************** to file a report so this matter may be litigated properly. 

    On 10/6 ********************* vehicle was towed 1.7 miles from pick up to drop off. The customer and her provider requested for a wheelift to tow the vehicle. The correct tow truck and equipment was dispatched for this service including dollies on the vehicle. It was advised that this vehicle had prior transmission damages noted from her tow request. We did not receive a call from this shop about this incident until almost 1 month later.

    As stated, we had a previous incident with this ****** location as we delivered a vehicle there and they allowed it to be stolen off their lot. The authorities were involved and our company was cleared of any and all matters as our GPS and cameras showed delivery.

    We are saddened by the amount of belligerent calls being made harassing our employees.  We do not condone profanity or bullying in any shape or format and will not tolerate it in addition.

    We are a small business here to serve our community in honesty and integrity.

    I'm saddened that this company is totally lying about anyone saying there was a transmission problem. Very untrue and outrageous as we have proof from photo from service manager ************ at **************************

    I had to drive 79 miles to ****** county to file police reporrt so sherrif can serve ************************* Very rude people who denand we have attorney call them then they hang up on us. I'm very saddened they ruined my car and refuse to file a claim on their insurance.
