    Paid $19 for a car wash at store 049 in Mableton Ga as I have countless times before. Entered the wash and halfway thru noticed the car behind me was closer than normal! Then noticed the car in front of me wasn't moving! The car in front of it didn't exit upon completion of wash which caused a back up. I slammed on brakes but the *** behind me had already made contact with my car and was now pushing me. Finally the car in front left out and the car in front of me left out (white ********* and upon my turn to leave noticed that the "green go" sign was not working properly nor was the conveyor belt pushing you off the track at the end, so that's probably why the car didn't go. Me and the *** pulled over to survey damages. My car (which sits low) has a huge dent from the very large *** pushing me and the *** has a dent in his bumper from pushing my car. Upon speaking to the manager *******, he said he would review the video and give us the tag number of the car that wouldnt go so that we may pursue getting our damages repaired from that person since the car wash didn't malfunction and there was nothing he could do about it, but that's not true. The car wash did malfunction and I have pictures and video to prove it. He never provided the tag number and didnt even review the video until I went back to ask about 15 min later and he sent another employee out to speak to me instead of himself. UNACCEPTABLE as a manager! Since its impossible to find any corporate information online this seems to be the only way to get someone's attention to get a situation rectified. I am seeking repairs for the damage to my car because of the malfunctioning "go" light.
