    I had a great experience with Nelson Exteriors from the initial consultation with **** ********, through operations managing with ******* *****, to working with my project manager, **** *********. Today I have a beautifully refreshed home that I love! Thank you, Nelson Exteriors. My house had a lot of wood rot that needed replacement, ageing and leaking gutters, and it needed painting. I specifically looked for a company that specialized in each area so the project would flow properly and I would not be dealing with a couple different companies. I found exactly what I needed in Nelson Exteriors. Thank you to *********, and the Home Fix It Show, on Saturday mornings, where ***** Nelson is often a guest and how I learned enough about Nelson Exteriors to know it was the company for me. The first day my project began, **** was at my house early and went over everything with me. He introduced me to the carpentry crew, marked all the known places that needed repair, and continued to check with the crew throughout the next few days and when additional rot was discovered. Additional repairs were never done without my approval and a work order change with cost details. The work was never slowed because of a work order change. **** was at my house every day, sometimes 2-3 times each day of the project, to check in with me, review the crew's work, and answer any of my questions. Anytime I sent a text or left a phone message with **** I received a response quickly with the information I needed. I appreciated **** never acting rushed and always taking the time to explain construction terminology when I did not understand. **** was so nice and attentive to every detail of the project, and he really made me feel like I was a very important customer. From the first time we met, I instantly had confidence in him and never worried about how my project would turn out. Thank you to the three different crews on my project: carpenters, painters, and gutters. Each crew was respectful of my property, very professional with their work, pleasant to be around, and did a great job cleaning up each day. I was impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. The painters, in particular, asked me each day if I had questions about anything, which I thought was extra nice. It was a pleasure working with **** and the crews of Nelson Exteriors. I can highly recommend them and know you will be as happy as I am.

    My experience with Nelson Exteriors was awesome starting with the sales associate, **** ****** and ending with the Job *******, ***** ********. Even the actual workers were awesome. **** was awesome in helping me to finally get my HOA's approval. After that approval was obtained, the experience was nothing but professional and rewarding. I am so please that I chose Nelson over the other 2 companies that I had gotten quotes from. My house looks so great that I told the *******, *****, that I was going to start charging visitors to come into it. Thanks Nelson for being great!!!!!

    There was some difficulty getting workers back to fix things that needed to be corrected. There were broken planks to be fixed. They damaged the porch as well. Instead of making the fix, they gave us a credit. We now have to find a contractor ourselves due to the mistake they made.

    The entire Nelson Exteriors Team did a great job for me from start to finish. I really appreciated that **** worked with me so carefully to address all of the project goals and made very helpful (and cost saving) suggestions. I appreciated Lyndseys checking in with me, but ****** and his carpentry and roofing teams were so good that that we really didnt need to communicate. The work was done in the promised time frame - even with some unexpected repairs required - and looks great. I love my fresh, new spaces!
