    Perimeter replaced the siding on my home. Once the weather changed and the ** was needed, it was found not to cool despite the system appearing to work. HV** evaluation found no coolant in the system. When contacted repeatedly about the issue, ******************************* would state he would check on his crew and get back to me, but would either not respond or refuse to answer. After 5 days, two crew members did remove a portion of the siding and a nail was found to have punctured the ** line. During removal of the siding, they also pulled the power supply box to the ** off the wall, and significant sparking was noted. ***** was made aware of the situation and that there was an area higher in the wall that was another possible puncture to the ** coolant line. He assured me a crew would be put to fix the ** that afternoon and the siding would be replaced the next day. No one showed up that day and when contacted, ******************* up on me.

    *************** contacted us because her ac was not working as a result of a nail pierced the coolant line when we installed siding . The crews were sent immediately and the repair was made. Never at any time did ***** hang up on ***************. The repair was done timely and *************** is satisfied with the repair.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Communication during the entire process was poor and ***** did hang up on me one time. Crews were not dispatched immediately, my **** was not able to be used for 8 continuous days prior to ************ repairs were completed, the business encouraged me to remove negative reviews and offered me a gift card as incentive to do so. While Perimeter did repair the **** line, their delay in handling this matter and poor attitude throughout the process had contributed to the negative experience. While there are no active concerns at this time, I can only hope I do not need to deal with this company directly in the future.

    Ms whites repair is complete. It was done the same week she called us about her ac unit blowing  hot air. 

    No one ever hung up on *************** and the repairs were done as quick as possible. 

    We offered her a gift card to remove or update her complaint to show people the repair was done. She used that good gesture to then accuse us if bribing her. How ridiculous!

    *************** has been entirely unreasonable with this situation and obviously has personal anger issues which have nothing to do with perimeter remodeling.  We wish her well
