      On February 14, 2022 I paid Windy Hill Dental Associates $274.00 for my son's dental services. Since that time, my son submitted his dental insurance information. **** at Windy Hill dental Associates filed a claim with his insurance and since have gotten payment for dental services provided on February 14th. I was told that the payment made to my care credit account would be refunded to me since payment was made through my son's dental insurance. I have called on April 14, April 22, and May 3rd, each time I was told they would submit a refund to ************* account and email me a receipt despite making sure they have the correct card information. As of the date of this complaint I have not received a refund or an emailed receipt of a refund. I am supposed to be refunded approximately $225.00.
