I bought an extended warranty from Americas RV Warranty when I bought my 2020 40 toyhauler. So far Ive had 2 interactions. The first when I purchased the warranty. Very friendly sales guy, sweetened the deal and made me feel good about the purchase. The second, a year later when one of my front leveling legs quit working. This was not nearly as pleasant as the buying process. First off, the stories coming from the service guy at my local Camping World was completely different than the story coming from the Warranty claims people, so who really knows where the truth is, but all I know is that the warranty company wouldnt cover the total cost of the parts, or the labor. Bottom line is the repair still cost me $432 out of my pocket which was about 30% of the repair cost. Not what the sales guy promised me. The camping world service guy told me they were very difficult to work with, demanding stuff that was impossible to provide, tgen lTer saying they found the repair part cheaper somewhere else and wanting CW to send back the one they had already bought and buy the cheaper one. He said he just felt like they were trying to get out of paying the repairs from the beginning. When I called the claims number, the guy was **** and unfriendly as well. Not a great first impression!

We apologize that you experienced a delay. ***************** was asking or the cause of failure, not a tag number. Unfortunately, the shop took a bit of time getting back to the claims department with that cause, once they received it, they moved forward immediately. In the future, please feel free to reach out to your salesperson directly if you feel any delay is occurring and we are working to expedite the process for you moving forward.

Save your money and headaches and go with a different company if you must. Awful and terrible customer service when I need to get the shop paid for 2 tires from hitting a pot hole. They have been dragging this out for 2 weeks while I'm **** miles from home. Wish I could give no stars!*********************

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you were not fully satisfied with the coverage. Our records indicate that one of the tires was taken care of but the other would be included in an insurance claim as the failure as secondary. We show that you elected to cancel, and your refund was issued.

I had other RV warranty and America's RV Warranty is so far the best. The cost is very reasonable and they are very prompt in paying a claim. When you call to talk to them they answer to talk to you and solve your problem, thats a plus to me.

Buyer Beware, They refuse to pay legitimate claims. Camping World backed us up and can't explain why ARV wont pay. Camping World said they have never seen this kind of BS.Wont return calls, wont communicate and gave a lame reason for not paying. Avoid this company, waste of time and money

************, it seems the administrator denied this due to water damage, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to them directly ************. Here is what we were sent Inspector:Is a 3rd party contractor through a 3rd party outside inspection agency, not a representative or employee of SAGI http://swautoinspections.com/ai/rv.html?o=759485&m=03ab1da7bb2c35b03

The unit was at Camping World, they did not see any water damage. The slide was inspected twice within the last year (have paperwork). And no water damage was found, I have the old part. It is damaged on the end, not from water.Their denial of the claim is wrong. I have 2 parties that disagree with their findings, not to mention the inspector had his kids with him when doing his assessment.Sorry but they are not correct and have not tried to find a fair resolution. My guess is that the coverage ends in a month they figured out a way to deny it.Thank you ***
