    We contracted with Bravo Fence Company in April 2022 to replace our privacy fence and install a new gate. We signed a contract for $4792 and paid promptly. The fence was installed as agreed, except that the workers made two mistakes. One was that they installed unwanted fenceposts off the agreed-upon line and had to remove them, leaving large concreted holes in our yard. The other is that, when installing the fence, they removed a cinderblock retaining wall under the fence without permission or authorization, leaving a massive hole under the fence and leaving discarded cinderblocks all over our neighbor's yard. There is now a huge gap under the fence and rainwater flows through it, creating a potential drainage issue. When asked to repair the damage, the ******* told us that he was not a ***** and could not repair the issue. We have since contracted an additional company to repair the damage caused by Bravo, and would like a partial refund of the amount paid.We have attached our contract, photos of the holes caused by the misplaced posts, and photos of the gaps caused by the removal of the retaining wall.

    I recently had a 6' fence installed by Bravo fence and the measurements are just a little off so they Bravo fence representative (**** ) is whom I spoke with and we agreed that I would go on the list to immediately fix my problem by extending the gate from a 8' opening to a 10' opening with a price of $300 so my shed could be delivered and I agreed with **** to do the work. The company D&K ground works has my shed and they are not willing to wait until the 10th of Aug 22 to deliver my shed I would have to pay to store my shed somewhere else and I do not have that type of money, as I have paid Bravo in full for my fence. I am in a position where I feel that Bravo should do more to pit me up on their list to fix the problem and not have me to wait until Aug 10 2022. If Bravo has that many repairs to do that tells me that your installers are not good at their job and it's not fair that I have to wait and pay to store my shed because your installer did not measure correctly. My question to you all at Bravo fence is this; are you willing to pay for my storage???

    On June 14th, 2022 Bravo Fence installed a fence for *****************. This included an 8f wide gate. Some time after the install, ************ notified us that he has a shed being delivered and the gate needs to be wider than 8f. We gave him a reasonable price of $300 to make this gate 10f wide. Bravo Fence takes on repairs for existing customers and outside customers, as a result our lead time for new requests is several weeks out. At this time with weather delays, there is not a sooner date available. If a sooner date becomes available, we will happily move ************ to the sooner date.

    We had this fence installed less than 10 years ago, and it is already coming apart in 3 places. After the initial installation I contacted the company to let them know of some parts that had already come undone. The owner grabbed the phone from the receptionist and began berating me and cussing up a storm-then hung up on me. We spent almost 8K on this fence, and it is already coming undone. Our neighbors placed their own fence over 30 years ago and there is not a crack visible.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I received this service and still have the Bravo Fence sign on my now dilapidated fence. 

    I remember the phone call that I had with your representative very clearly, and I do not appreciate the denial of the horrible exchange and customer service that I received. 

    Im quite sure that you have a record of my expensive fence that is now falling apart from around 2012, along with my  name and address that was placed on the check.

A fence installed in 2012 is 5 years out of warranty, however we are happy to take a look and see how we can address your concerns.     You will be able to check the names on this email from *****, regarding *** and see that we were in contact with your employees in 2013. This was NOT 2014/2015. 

    You may also see that we were attempting to reach out regarding the way that the fence was initially constructed, improperly and poorly. There are attachments of the initial email asking for the work to be adjusted. We did not receive any response and then had to call ***** and *** on the phone. We never heard from your company after the phone call in which your employee *** used a multitude of expletives, profanities and disparaging remarks.
