I was a member for 3 months. I learned that I was moving, so I called the gym to let them know I wanted to cancel since I knew they had a 30-day cancellation notice. When I talk to them over the phone, they tell me I need to come and cancel in person and that I have to do it by March 1st or I will be charged for ***** as well. I go to the in-person facility and tell them I would like to cancel. They process my cancellation form, which shows I will have a balance remaining of $0, and both the staff member and I signed it. Come *****, they charge me another $30. When I call them regarding the charge, they say I committed to a 3-month payment plan, and that there was nothing they or I could do, even though they admitted that the staff members I talked to on the phone and in-person, were less knowledgeable. When I say that I will talk to my bank, they threaten me saying they will reopen my account and the balance will build before they send it to collections. This branch is very greedy and is constantly harassing its members to get them to spend more and promote the facility. For example, my guests and I were constantly asked for our phones, so they could share social media posts via ******** while withholding driver's licenses "jokingly." I suggest avoiding this branch specifically and Crunch Fitness altogether.Initial Complaint

I have come to the gym in person to cancel both my gym membership and cancel the personal training sessions that I paid for. Due to a personal training session I had a miscarriage. I do not want to continue any membership nor personal training with this company. *** tried to cancel in person and I have been told I will get a call from owner because hes not available and he has never attempted to call me to resolve this matter. Please send me a letter to confirm the cancellation/termination of gym membership and refund my personal training session of $114.00. I trusted your personal trainer, she knew I was pregnant.
