    I am reaching out to file a complaint with planet fitness. I reached out to cancel my membership a few months ago. However I was still charged the yearly rate even after cancellation. I do not feel that it was right to still be charged a yearly amount for services I no longer use and tried to cancel. I ended up having to catch a ride to cancel in person ***** ga. There should be a place to cancel online as everyone may not have transportation and I mailed request before but was advised that it was not received. I feel that I should be refunded the ***** charge.

    I checked into the gym, i went to the mens locker room to change, there was a female attendant in the locker cleaning it, also another man taking a shower, i put my belongings in my locker. i immediately fast go to closet available urinal, as i am going to the bathroom, the spanish cleaner to the right of the bathroom area starts yelling at me to use a different stall. the urinal, i am using you cannot see me what so ever. i am fully dressed. i explain to the attendant, you cant tell me what urinal to use, i have to go to the ************** cant even see me going. we both immediate report the argument to other present staff. they basicaly try to say i am at fault, then they try to accuse me of exposing my self 40 min later. once iagain i enter mens locker room, go to a urinal that shielded by a wall. and get harassed for using it like im some little child. iam looking to file discrimination, harrasment, defamation complaint.

    The member complaining had walked into the locker room past signage that made him aware that a female was cleaning the men's locker room. He proceeded to put down his belongings and head into the urinal area to go pee. Marluce, our cleaning lady, asked him to use a closed stall if he needed to go that bad. Member refused and proceeded to yell at her while he was urinating. Once he was finished, he apparently turned towards her and shook his p**** at her. She left the locker room to inform the front desk staff and he followed to yell at her and the other staff.
