All Four Seasons tech came to fix our garage door which stopped working again after almost a year after they repaired it. It was initially installed by them in 2020. I initially asked that they give me a discount for the opener since it stopped working so quickly. The tech and *** who said she was a manager said I would have to get a more expensive model since I said the opener was noisy. She said it was $800 for a better one. But she would discount a better model to $320.00. I agreed. When the tech installed it the opener didnt work. The tech said the electrical system in the garage didnt work. He and *** implied that we knew that . The tech told my husband he would come back to finished the install once we got the electrical system in the garage repaired. He also said we should have had a surge protector which he tells everyone when he installs , but since he didnt install ours he coute us. I spoke to *** on the phone who was yelling and very unprofessional after the tech to her our electrical system was out maybe due to a lightening strike. I gave her my card no. She said it didnt work. I told her three times in order to pay. She said it didnt work. I told her I didnt know why not.My bank didnt call me about a fraud alert. *** said her message was to call the police. I said she should have called. I told her I would call back later. I spoke to my credit union fraud alert department. There were not any problems nor attempts to withdraw which *** said she tried it got a message of fraud. I called the next day to tell Four Seasons to come to get the motor o did not want to work with them anymore after the lies and yelling and accusations that we knew our electric was not working in the garage. The phone representative said he would relay the message they would be back Monday. Mondays man ***** called to say he would come to remove the motor. While talking he said he would call me back. The tech said my husband did not have to sign a contract after installing.
