      Cool Air Mechanical installed a new AC and water heater the other summer. They installed a damaged part in the ac, refused to replace it and the new water heater installed only gives me really warm water and not hot like my previous water heater. Both people sent out did absolutely nothing to fix the problem or replace the damaged part. The guy who they sent out to check the water heater was combative and was claiming because the water was causing my closed shower to steam, then it was suffice. My water has not left a warm temperature since it was installed and my ac unit makes a rattling sound. They only send people out for their records but its clear if there is an issue, they have zero genuine intention of correcting issues they or their products have caused. But they will make sure the people they send out try to sell you something. I strongly recommend going to another company that values doing the jobs correctly and will actually send people out to truly help you get the problems corrected instead of fooling around.

      Cool air mechanical sold me a service contract for summer and winter maintenance for HVAC unit CAM seems to think giving me winter service in February when winter is very much over and summer service in August is appropriate which makes absolutely no sense when Im already under contract and had my winter maintenance in October and summer maintenance in May previous to the maintenance agreement and then have the nerve to insult my intelligence and be disrespectful when I let them know my agreement was not for when they want to do it but when I called to have it serviced. They get worse every year and lie to their customers with no regards to their initial offer.

      We are very happy with our installation. 12/15/2022 Our sales guy was professional and knowledgeable. This was a big purchase for us, and he helped us understand the different options. Our installation crew was on time and did a great job of taking care of our home. Thanks **** and crew!

      From a company that advertises "24/7, 365" service (which is a blatant lie), we have not been able to get an emergency appointment with two tries. Speaking of, we JUST had one of those 3-4 weeks ago and were told everything was just FINE with this unit. That was of course after we tried to schedule it earlier in the fall, only to be told we couldn't get an appointment for months!UPDATE on the above: Three days after initially calling this in and have heard from ZERO people at Cool Air - so much for that 24/7 365 service they falsely advertise! Turns out all three units suffered from the same issue - improperly installed condensation lines. The attic unit is a HE gas furnace which produces a lot of condensation during heating, yet they ran a condensation line, with no P trap, through around 50' of unconditioned space, including the attic, down an exterior wall, and outside where it drips - or freezes in this case thanks to their improper and negligent install - onto my foundation. The two units downstairs were also improperly installed. First, we found them with gallons of water in their drip pans, yet the emergency cutoffs that detect water did not work on either unit! They had routed the condensation line from the sump pump (given they're in the basement) around 50' to the outside and just laid it on the ground - again right at my foundation, when the could and should have just routed it about 10' away from the units to the drain/sump pump that the hybrid water heater and pressure relief valve drain to.They "custom designed" the system for the house to be the best. Well, within a few months of being in the house, we notice the upstairs unit was struggling to keep to a set A/C temp of around 70 degrees. I determined they had undersized the unit for the amount of sq ft, plus the unit being in the attic, and they had to come out multiple times to tinker with it before they finally admitted to their mistake and replaced it.

      New A/C system installed and from the start the system had leaks. Poor install, The cover on the outside of the home keeps falling off. Managers never calls you back. I've the system two years now and they have come out at least 7 to 8 times and claim I should have no issued, but they lied because the system does not cool my upstairs. Everytime they come out they have to put Freon in it. Woke ** in the morning and the valve is frozen again. Customer service Rep are rude and give you the run around. I now have to take time off work to go in the office the handle this matter. Go with another company. So frustrated with this company. I would not recommend this company. I wish I could give them a zero!

      Called them because they were the best rated via ******* Took 2 weeks for them to come. Charged me $800 for a part I never received. After a week to see if the part had arrived, they told me they'd need to days to get back with me just on the status of the part! I call back and asked them to cancel the order and refund my card. They said it'd take 2 days to do that and they still haven't refunded my money.

      I hired this company to replace my 3 ton heat pump and air handler because of a coolant leak in my air handler in addition to my system getting old. Cons:1. POOR INSTALLATION. installers had one priorityget the job done fast! The outside unit was not fully assembled. The air handler in the attic was installed such that the evaporated water would not drained properly, and in addition, the drain pan was not aligned with the air handler such that it dripped through my ceiling rather than into the pan.2. INCOMPLETE INSTALLATION.Emergency heat strips were not installed until a different day. The installers neglected to mention that they did not install the emergency heat strips until I wanted to test them. 3. NO EMERGENCY SERVICE despite being advertised. Their website advertises 24 hour a day service, 7 days a week. They just have after hours answering service.4. TECHNICIANS NOT SKILLED. Took 7 visits by technicians coming to repair their faulty installation.4. YOU MUST PAY 100% IN ADVANCE. Paid May 25th. Job completed July 1st. Many nights I had to sleep on the floor. 5. NO SALES RECEIPT or proof of payment unless you specifically ask for one.6. NO MANUALS. Owners manuals were not left for my heat pump, air handler, or thermostat. 7. NOT TOLD ABOUT REGISTERING my units on the Lennox website. 8. NO EMAIL. There is no email on their website, and when they email you, it is from no reply email.9. SALES PERSON ISSUES. Promises made, not kept.10. CITY DOESN'T INSPECT THEIR WORK. Some kind of "agreement" with the city protects their work from being inspected.They have a saying on their brochure, Do it right the first time. Unfortunately, that is only a saying for them since they have such poor installation and repair and will likely need to come to your home again and again (and again). In addition, their 24 ************** Services, just means the answering service will take your message after hours and get back to you the next day.

      Would give them a zero if I could!! I felt lied to by this company. They told us that we needed a new air conditioner. When we got another company to look at the unit they said that we just needed a new part!! They flat out lied to us just to sell us a new unit!! Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!!

      We purchased the house which had a HVAC installed by Cool Air mechanical in October 2021. In the first week, we started to have our problem with the system. I walked to the house with the temperature at 90 F and noticed our house was almost on fire. All the wall joints have opened up due to the high temperature and our mattress was almost melt down. After calling this company five times and sending technicians each time, each of the technicians come up with different reasons for the system misfunction. After almost destroying our new home, we decided to let it go. After a month, right in the middle of winter, our system stopped working. By spending two nights at almost freezing temperature in the house, they tried to get the broken piece and get it fixed. However we have been doing our routine service, and had our last service exactly 12 days ago, our system stopped working while I invited my collogues for dinner. I cannot impress how embarrassed I was due to this company not doing their job right. I wonder who is going to compensate us for all this inconvenience and the time we took off from work to stay home for technicians to come over and fix our system. This shows how unprofessional this company is as the brand new system is breaking down almost every month. Now I called the company and after talking with five people and receiving the most unprofessional costumer service ever, I have been told they can come on next Friday to fix the system while it is over 90 F outside against their advertise for 24 Hr emergency service.

      I want to give a review of the ******************* that I received today from Cool Air Mechanical service technician *********************. If I could give higher than a 10 star I would. When Enri first arrived he assessed the unit to see where Freon was leaking from. He went into the attic & did a leak test, which wasn't finding where the leak was coming from. He made great efforts to locate the problem both inside & outside. I had 2 other technicans look into the problem prior & wasn't able to find the problem. Enri was so professional & thorough in his analysis. I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. My AC unit upstairs is working perfectly. Just truly EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! ****************
