    The Internet goes out if it's too windy or just any random day and stays down for sometimes several days in a row. None of the customer service numbers work, and the website is minimal. There is no way to contact the company when problems arise.

    BELIEVE ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS!!! THIS IS THE WORST INTERNET COMPANY EVER!!! I was forced to use this company because of my apartment complex. I have lived at my complex for 3 months and the internet has gone out AT LEAST 15 times since I have moved in. The connection goes out at least once a week. If the connection is available just know that the speeds this internet provides is terrible. They claim 'Scary Fast" speeds, but you're lucky if you can get one ******* video to load without having to buffer in the middle of it. Oh, you work from home? Good luck attending your meetings when the internet constantly drops your calls. Whatever you do, do not move into an apartment complex that forces you to pay for Gigamonster. Gigamonster is the worst company, customer service is non-existent, constant outages, and the service is so slow I would rather go back to using dial up.

    Absolutely terrible. Even through light rain, it'll go down immediately. I'm done with it. ********* now owns gigamonster....I'm not sticking around for it either.

    The worst internet company. They disconnect my services for $19 and charged $25 reconnection fee for the month of May. However, I paid for full services for the month of June and July. I had no idea I owed $19 for the month of May. Their invoice system needs to be refined and updated. The internet is not even great. It cuts out for hours and can be very slow. I do not recommend this company. Unfortunately, Im stuck with them since my complex only does services with them.

    The internet goes out for at least 10 minutes at LEAST once every time it drizzles. It periodically goes out for no reason at all (like right now) and Im at my **** end. There is no easily-locatable formal way to track outages, the way you can with ******* or other ISPs, so youre stuck wondering if youre just insane or your router is busted or otherwise. There chat said no one was available to chat earlier today during their active hours listed on their site and recommended I call which I have no desire to try and do at 9pm on a Sunday with my partner asleep just to be told, for who knows what number of times now, that they dont know why its out but I should restart my router and TV. I dont blame the support people! But as a company, get your infrastructure together. If I realized Gigamonster was the ONLY option for this apartment building I wouldnt have moved here and I will absolutely be confirming that there are options going forward because Id rather overpay for ******* then get this shoddy service for free. Theres no value in a lack of ******************. Really, negative stars

    ** told I have to purchase this provider due to the apartment complex I live in. I had called a week before my move in date to get a jump start on getting my Wi-Fi set up since I work from home. It has now been an entire month and just had my 5th scheduled installment date pushed back once again. The last date I was lied to from the people on the phone saying the technician was involved in a car accident. Then I find out the technician was just on vacation and admitted to me his bosses can never figure anything out. This is an absolutely absurd company! I will be speaking with my apartment complex here soon about breaking their internet contract and going with a different company.

    I had to purchase this because it's what my apartment complex provided and I must say it's definitely not worth the money. The connection goes out several times a week sometimes for hours. I work from home and I can't afford for this to keep happening. Stay far away from this company.

    I want to give zero stars but I cant. Forced to use this company because its what the apartment complex has worked out before hand. The prices are higher than they really should be with the speeds they provide. And the worst part of it all is that for the last 4-5 weeks we have experienced outages at least one a week, lasting about 24 hours at a time. Currently Im on day 3 of an outage of which Im having to take time off, since I work remotely. Customer service when I can get ahold is friendly but unhelpful. I would never recommend this company to anyone that I care even remotely about.

    Worst service Ive ever had. This company is quite literally robbing people. They sign contracts with leasing companies to lock the tenants into a monopoly. I pay 120$ for 1 Gig per second, which is exactly 50% higher than every other provider. I dont even get the speed I pay such exorbitant prices, in lucky if I get 250 mbps. On top of all that, the outages are long and frequent. Horrible company that preys on people who require home internet. This company should be shut down. Wish I could give 0 stars.
