Nissan of Marietta repaired my car without the insurance appraiser looking at the damage. When I told them insurance representative what Nissan had done, she said that's okay it happens. But when the appraisal got to Nissan they didn't have anything to show the damage at all. The appraisal called me and said the problem I have is I don't have any pictures they didn't take any pictures of the damage. Now when I call Nissan they said what we can try to find the parts to show them. But when the appraisal was at the location they had nothing. The appraiser needs to see what was part of the accident and what just needed to be repaired just because it needed to be repaired. They didn't want to look for the parts, when the appraiser was there now all of a sudden they want to look for the parts and want me to ask them to reconsider. We all know that when you pull your car into any dealership or any repair place they take pictures of the car. So why wouldn't they take pictures of the damage. I am going to download the text conversation myself and the representative had and would he emailed the appraiser and myself and even I knew that wasn't good enough. It's funny when I take my car in for service they take pictures but when they needed to take pictures for the appraiser somehow that didn't happen.. this dealership acts like they've never worked with insurance before. To reiterate the insurance didn't care that they made the repairs. The insurance just wanted to see pictures of before they did the repair this is not the entire conversation if the company wants to see the entire conversation I have it.

I bought a 2020/21 Nissan Sentra from Autonation of Nissan Marietta around Christmas 2023. The car was used but had minimal miles on it, around *****. The car came with two key fobs but one of the key fobs was defective and/or needed programming. I informed *********** ************************* of the issue and he informed us that a guy would normally come by the dealership on specific days to program keys. ******** instructed my aunt and I to bring the defective key to the dealership, which we did, and turned it over to Nissan. Now some time has passed and it seems ******** is no longer with Nissan Autonation and there was no passdown of information about our issue. I have called Nissan continuously for over a year and no one has been willing to help or make right an issue that was caused by "THEIR EMPLOYEE." There was one manager that was helpful but had his hands tied (I forget his name, but he was the Boatswains Mate in the Navy). I have included screenshots of texts from ******** that affirms that he was taking care of our key issue. Nissan dropped the ball and I want my key returned to me or either replaced.

The district manager wants me to jeopardize the lives of me and my children and possibly result in death or injury driving that car way from ******* to Marietta

Purchased a car on a lease agreement with Auto Nation Nissan Marietta on 7/20/23. The lease was for 24 months. I paid the first month $400 plus a $200 downpayment. I signed the contract, they made me add insurance to the car, which I did before leaving. Took possession of the car on that same day. The next day they text me saying they made a mistake on the lease term and I need to return the car or change the lease terms for a 3 year plus more money per month. They checked my credit prior to approval twice and after I took delivery they checked again with a different bank. They are now harassing to return the car threatening to report it as stolen when I have a legal document in hand and proof of purchase. They also canceled my temporary tag with the ***************** registration without informing me, putting me at risk and demanding I drive the car back to the dealer this way. I did not agree to lease the car pending any financing approval. I was made believe I was approved with Nissan Financial or MMAC as stated on the contract. Its been 3 weeks and they have not provided a fair solution to a violation of contract on their part.

Purchased used vehicle ~April 16th, 2023 from AutoNation Nissan Marietta. Temp tags for vehicle set to expire May 31st. Called dealership on May 26th to request information on Title status; was informed Title was mailed outside of the 30-day window per O.C.G.A. *****. Title and registration packet was sent to incorrect address; dealership team informed me they "googled it," then sent the packet with no real confirmation on destination, and someone did in fact sign for the packet. Called and visited address they sent it to (State Rep and **************** no one had any information. Called County *************** and lien-holder bank; no information received by either. Called dealership back on May 26th, they informed me they would start the duplicate title process and overnight me a new Temporary Tag. No communication, did not receive new temporary tags. Call dealership back again on June 10th. Dealership cannot provide an updated status on duplicate title process, or confirm whether the previously requested updated temporary tags were received. Says they will contact me on Monday, and ship new temporary tag on Monday. I want to just return the car, because I am moving back to ******** within the next two weeks, and do not want to have to run back and forth to ******** due to their incompetence.

I took my car into this business for service due to an unknown sound and check engine light being on. i was informed that my car need major repair in the amount of $4000. I paid the fee and received my car back. within a month my car started skipping and i took my car back to this dealership and was quoted a price of $6000 to repair it. I am a woman living off a fixed income and doesnt feel my car was repaired correctly. I addressed my concerns and was informed they can deduct $200 for troubles. I feel my car should not need a total of $10k in repairs within a month. This is the dealership I have taken my car to for almost 2 years for maintenance upkeep. I have a record of service. My car will be paid in full in a few months and the only thing they want me to do is give away my car for a trade in. Please help me!

My daughter purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Nissan on or around February 11, 2022, when she purchased the vehicle she signed a Carfax report that states the vehicle had not been in a accident, my daughter had a accident on the vehicle involving deer's, the body shop contacted her to say they were having trouble getting the new bumper on the car due to a prior accident whomever did the repairs on the car did not repair it correctly, she called the manager at AutoNation to inform them of the issue the manager told her the Bodyshop was trying to get over on her, at that time we purchased our own Carfax report it showed the vehicle was in an accident 11/13/2021 three months prior to her purchase, my daughter has spoken with the manager but he has not given a resolution to the problem, the manager told her he put a ticket in with Carfax but we have no proof, in addition I have to pay an additional $2500 to the body shop for them to go back and fix the car properly from the prior accident in order for them to get the bumper on my vehicle, I feel like the prior accident was covered up, what is the time frame for Carfax to update the records, also the report show the airbag was deployed how do I know they are functional, if my daughter had been in an head on accident her and my grandbaby could have been seriously hurt or killed, I need help getting this issue resolved, the Nissan dealership has not offered any help they told my daughter their in the same as as her I disagree. Also the body shop checked the vehicle when they found out the airbag was deployed in the previous accident, there is damage still from that accident,

Cancelled the extended warranty on 1/22/2022 when I traded a 2017 Kia ****** in for the car I own today. I was told that I had to call the finance manager and they have 2 at this location, I have documented email from 3/2/2022 that I was to send 3 documents to him and this would be taken care of, usually 4-6 wks. I sent all documents he requested, He informs me after multiple attempts to reach him by phone, I then asked for the ** to call me back as well and then I called a called and informed that I had to sign a cancellation contract and once this was completed he would expedite this matter this was on 5/2/2022. I was informed today after calling the ** because I wasn't getting any response by voicemail again. A second finance manager called and stated I now need to resend the documents now in a PDF form, I asked him why this was needed because I do not have to sale the car in order to cancel the contract?? He acknowledged this was true but said it was faster this way??? I explained I live 1.5 hrs one way from this dealership, I don't have access to a scanner so I have to go the public library to send this, I asked repeatedly what documents do you need, then he wants additional documents knowing he has all the information he needs, this documents have all been sent repeatedly, this is stalling in hopes I just go away and this is wrong, the money they have is money that doesn't belong to them. Big business always are keeping our money but when we owe them money they come right after us for it, but when they owe us money we have to swim through ocean for it, this is not right
