I bought a mini golden doodle puppy on October, 31st, from Puppyland at Marietta, Georgia. As per their Warranty,The Puppy is in good health and free from any disease at the time of sale. Same day we took the puppy home she started coughing. We took her to vet on Nov. 2, but cough was spontaneously and did not cough during exam, she was provided with **** vaccine. As per veterinary, she was supposed to have it at her age. Puppyland sold it to us as fully vaccinated, but she wasnt . .That same day at nighttime ****** started coughing a lot and vomiting. She was very sick. Called vet office, but was not a reaction to vaccine. On Nov. 4th, she was diagnosed with kennel cough and put her under treatment. But still coughing. Called Puppyland, but they got rude and deny that puppy was sick when sold. Manager said that they will submit a claim, but refused to give us information of who is going to assist with the claim, she refused to give us her last name and hang up the phone on us. As per today, no one from Puppyland has called. Other issue on warranty is that (d) Buyer is required to contact Seller if Buyer is no longer able to keep the Puppy. Seller will attempt to help ***** find another home for the Puppy. Also, the contract says ***** is not allowed to surrender the Puppy to a shelter or rescue without Seller attempting to find another home for the puppy. But what they do is that they release your personal contact information without authorization to unknown sources. And pretend buyer to re sell or give away the sick puppy to strange people. Its really weird. Sadly, we believed on the stores reviews when we bought Ginger. After this situation, did research and this franchise has lawsuits in other states for selling sick puppies, scam with warranty and scam loans. Some puppies have died. Other stores had being closed. Puppies are living creatures, they need a lot of attention and love. A sick puppy needs more and a lot of healthcare.
