I am so frustrated with this company. For two years now I have paid them for weekly pool services. My pool is not clean and then they charge me extra for green pool services 4-5 times a season on top of weekly services. Two years in a row now they have delayed my pool closing milking me for more money saying my pool is not clean enough to close when I am paying them weekly to clean it and repeatedly extra for green pool services! My pump motor was repaired last season so its not my pump - also theyve made no equipment repair suggestions other than I paid them to replace a fuse earlier this season. I have been asking them to close my pool since 8/24 and they keep coming up with excuses weekly why they cannot close it and charging me weekly for services then saying my pool cant be closed because its not clean enough! Im afraid to report a claim because Im scared theyll do something awful to my pool when they close it. I will find a new company for next season. Do not use these people they are awful!

We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, ******, and we understand your frustrations. Our primary aim is to keep your pool in excellent condition, particularly before the seasonal closure.

When you reached out to us in August to schedule your pool closing, we were happy to arrange your service for the second week in September. On our pre-close cleaning visit, we noticed an algae bloom and recommended a ****************** to help resolve this issue. Recognizing that your pool is surrounded by trees, which can result in leaf accumulation. Our intention was to ensure that the pool was completely free of debris before proceeding with the closing. Additionally, we think its important to mention that leaves and organic material can contribute to algae growth, pH imbalances, and potential complications if not addressed properly.

We appreciate your patience as the ****************** required more visits than we initially anticipated, and we are grateful for your understanding while we worked to restore your pool to optimal condition. A clean pool is vital for maintaining water quality and protecting surfaces and equipment throughout the winter.

Regarding the extra charges and service delays, we aim for transparency with our pricing and services. The additional costs associated with ******************s are designed to ensure thorough treatment of your pool before closing. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated during your service. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for your pool.

We value your concerns and are here to assist you. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
