    I have tried and tried to get these people to stop charging my bank but they won't. It's like a game to them and I cannot afford to play it. Please help me.

    b) The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card that was charged (do not send the entire card--just the card BIN and the last four).

    This company I signed up for for their free trial and then cancelled within the timeframe given. They Continued to withdraw money from my account not just 1 time but up to 3 times a month once they realized I hadn't noticed. I didn't notice because I was to busy working ****s to support 3 young children on my own. I've tried to dispute this with chime and they said they did an investigation and they denied my claim but yet they won't send me the paperwork to show me what investigation they did because if they did it would show they didn't do an investigation because if they did I would have gotten my money back. They would have seen all these charges up to 3 on the same day.     I signed up for the initial trial. I used the service that evening and the next day. They make you put in your credit card number before you begin. After I found what I needed, I called the second evening and canceled. However, it looks like they have been charging my Amex since September 2022!! Each month on the 20th $9.85 and on the 22nd $24.49. So, $34.80 reach month for 9 months. I only realized it now because I had an alert from Amex that a charge was denied. That's when I looked closer and realized they had been taking my money every month. I called **************** and they were unable to call featured because I had shared my card information with these thieves. Sounds like a lot of people are having the same problem. I would appreciate whatever you can do to help.

    I no longer use the Call Truth subscription and desire to no longer be charged for their services. I have tried to take care of this myself but found that I had to involve the BBB. I desire to no longer be charged on my Discover credit card for the services. Currently I am charged twice every month on my Discover credit card. I would llike this to stop please.

    My credit card has been charged since last year 2022 $24.95 each month and has been reported as fraud with my credit card company. The fact you have to email the fraudulent company and not able to speak to a live person validates they are conducting a Fraudulent business and know how to creep up and take advantage of people. Times are hard these days and people need their money and I refuse to allow for someone to STEAL from me! I want ALL my money from the time they started taking it off my credit card that I NEVER authorized!

How do I know they are refunding the full amount??

    Why am i being charged for a service im not and never have used and ive also noticed the amount taken out is coming out like every 3-4 months please stop charging my account and refund my money!!!!

    I think this started in February 2022. I intended to use Calltruth for ***** intending to cancel before the monthly charges started. I was unable to cancel. There was no way to cancel that I could find. Now 8 months later I continue to be billed not only for ***** but also an additional ****. Yes I would like a refund but I would settle to simply stop the continusl charges. By the way I did not gain any any helpful information from calltruth.
