    A terrible experience.I purchased a home from Reborn Homes in October of 2021. This company is more focused on profit than in quality work. The property I purchased from this company was beautiful but full of poor workmanship and cut corners, including some that could have cause lethal danger. I have had issues with the electricity, plumbing, fixtures and appliances and spent over $10K dollars fixing problems that could have been avoided if Reborn Homes had committed themselves to quality and safety. My plumbing was not up to code, the new fans in the living room and master room were improperly fixed to the ceiling and were in danger of detaching, the electricity panel was overloaded, the walls poorly insulated, the 20ft deck had rotting boards that had been shoddily painted over without being replaced (which became noticeable when the paint peeled off four months after we moved in). Honestly, the list of poor workmanship and cost cutting is too long for this review.I contacted the owner to let him know about the multiple issues in the home and to make him aware of my imminent review. He was prompt to respond and acknowledged that the crew that he hired for this project had gone over budget, which I understood as the reason why so many corners were cut. That acknowledgement, however, simply proved that Reborn Homes, more focused about budget than quality, didn't care to ensure the work was solid and not simply cosmetic. The owner offered to let me hire his crew at cost to fix some of the issues; which is the only reason why I give this company one star. He was polite and responsive, but that is the only positive experience I had with Reborn Homes. I have learned what to look for in any future property I buy, so I suppose I can be grateful for this learning experience. I will always use Reborn Homes as the point of reference for the type of company with which I will never do business.
