      All I can say is WOW! The best experience ever. From booking my appointment to the crew that came to my house. Professional, courteous, respectful and made sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving. I cant say enough about their work ethic and their people. I will call upon them again when needed.

      Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! We've had them help us out with a couple things-- replacing the chimney pan, installing a log set, and evaluating the safety of the chimney. They were happy to break down costs for everything and provide estimates for different levels of work, depending on our ability. Delightful to work with, and super happy to call upon them again if we need!

      This company has heped me multiple times, from replacing our chimney. repairing an aging roof to try to get it to last longer, to cleaning out gutters. I had three leaks in my house; not only did they repair the roof, they volunteered to paint the ceiling leaks on the inside of the house, requiring an extra trip...no extra charge. When cleaning the gutters, they noticed a nail protruding from a different area of the roof, and just proceded to fix it...no extra charge. On another occasion when a different company had not angled the gutter correctly at ground level, they took a minute to fix the problem...no extra charge. These people aim to please, and go about it with joy and positive attitudes. They are a pleasure to have around my home; I recommend them and their work highly.**** C

      Deplorable customer service. ********************** was scheduled to remove the gutter covers and clean the gutter on 7/27/2023. I was told they were running late at 12:09 pm. No one ever showed, nor did I get a call to let me know what was going on. Called the next day to schedule another appointment. After hearing the excuses as to why they did not show, I decided to give them another try. I made an appointment for Tuesday, 8/1/2023. Got a text message at 10:15 stating they were on the way. I waited until 1:11 pm to call, only to find out they were not going to do the job because gutter covers had screws attaching them and plants were growing from the gutters. There is one weed growing from the gutter on the side of the house, not full of growth like the tech told the person who answers the phone. No one tried to call me to let me know what was going on. Tech did not leave a note or text update. I would not recommend this company.

      We used American Chimney and Gutter and Roofing to replace our roof.The crew chief answered all her questions. They did an excellent job. They worked with our insurance company so that everything went smoothly.Our roof is beautiful and we are very happy with their service.
