  Bought a G-wagon from them which i had to leave to have the wrap removed, due to lack of and definite miscommunication from the sales *** and the manager Christian, i did not get my car in 2 days aa was advised and got it a week later only after i wrote a review on ******. Picked up my car on Tuesday and by the time i got home the engine light was on. Text the manager who told me to bring the car in today so yesterday i took my car to ************* and they ran a diagnostic test and told me it was the fuel pump but when i brought my car to atlanta autos today at 10 am, their mechanic me it was the battery. I sat there and waited all day, asking for update every so often without none and at 5:30 pm, the mechanic comes and tells me it is the fuel pump and they have to give me a loaner. He gives me a 2019 Cherokee that is dirty on the inside and smells like cigarettes. Thats an insult when i bought a luxury vehicle. ***** has always given comparable vehicle but i truly believe that atlanta autos is being vindictive for me writing my review. I am truly scared to get my car back after they fix almost like what if my brakes fail or worse? I will take it to be checked again by ***** before I drive it because I truly don't trust them. If you need a luxurious vehicle or any vehicle for that matter please do not go to atlanta autos.

  Sold me a 2020 Urus with 15 codes. Unable to resolve and currently have an attorney involved. ***************************** is in management but hangs up on his customers. They are so scared they removed my trade in from their website!! Big lawsuit underway. Also failed to disclose the second accident!!!!!!!!!!!!

  My experience was outstanding. This dealership showed a tremendous amount of integrity from my salesperson all the way up through finance when there was a previously unknown (to the dealership and myself) issue with a car I was in the process of buying. They made everything absolutely 100% right when they could have just gone along with the deal for the sake of making the sale. I would absolutely do business with them again.

  Best dealership in the Atlanta area. ************************************* , *********************** and ************************* went above and beyond to help me complete my deal. They actually arranged delivery of the car to me on Christmas Eve. If you are looking for a a high end, quality vehicle, you should make Atlanta Auto your first and only stop. You will not be disappointed.

  Today I bought a 2017 Tesla model X. This makes our 3rd Tesla in our EV Fleet of rental cars placed on the Turo platform. The overall customer service was great. **** was amazing as well as **** and other associates. However, I have to honest because integrity is important to me in customer service. I came with check in hand, needing no financing. We decided to wait two days and was willing to put money down to hold vehicle. Also, we put insurance on the car and filled out paper work. At this time the car wasnt even in our possession because we were waiting on the navy federal check on Monday (today 11/27). Despite our request to use Navys financing we were asked over and over again by multiple people to do in house financing for whatever reason, that was annoying. We felt good about all of our cars having loans in one location but were still asked to just think about the in house financing option. We were even offered $500. We politely declined, and our only request was to have the car detailed while we wait until Monday for the check. We got up early and grabbed check from the bank instead of waiting on the mail to go ahead get the car as promised. We called ahead and asked **** had the car been detailed and he assured us it had, it was NOT! The Tesla seats are a beautiful pop of white and it had stains. These are things that anyone would want fixed when buying a car. My boyfriend and I were confident a dealership who deals with such status as them in Atlanta would stand on business. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The car was barely washed on outside with what seemed to be a quick run through in a car wash and the inside simply was not touched. I told my **** my nice sales associate that the cleaning team sucked and I could see that it in fact was NOT cleaned in the inside. We left after spending this money only to have my boyfriend take on the responsibility of having someone detail it and fix the chip for our Turo (rental car business). Not happy

They make the car buying experience pleasant. ***** is very knowledgeable about all the cars featured and gives us valuable insight. *** made the finance process very pleasant. I highly recommend you guys come to them to purchase a car. We drove 1 hour to buy, and they made it worthwhile. Thank you, ***** and ***.

  So far this has been the best experience I've ever had when it comes to buying Luxury cars! ***** was friendly, very informative, and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. I did not feel rushed and pushed into making a purchase. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. ***, the finance manager, was very prompt in processing our paperwork and was very helpful, made me feel at ease with my decision to purchase. Overall it was an awesome experience. ***** checked in on me to make sure I'm happy and satisfied after my purchase. Their luxury car selection is great. I will definitely send my family and friends here for their car needs. Ask for ********************* he will take great care you with your car needs.

  I was in the market for a Model 3 Tesla. I wanted a vehicle with low miles and in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vehicle matching my criteria at Atlanta Auto. I completed the online contact form and within 10 minutes, ***** reached out to me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I had been preapproved to purchase the car but AA was able to find me a better financing deal. That afternoon, I drove off the lot with my Model 3. Great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends and even a total stranger!
