From start to finish, it was clear that this team truly knows how to work together. *** and **** were incredibly knowledgeable about the car we were looking at, and their expertise helped us make an informed decision with confidence. ****** was a standout in navigating the tough negotiations, and he skillfully got the numbers to where they needed to be given our situation. ***** made the finalizing process not only smooth but fun, ensuring we left with a smile on our faces. 5 starsWhat a FABULOUS car-buying experience at ******** Automotive with the incredible ***** *******!When my husband finally decided it was time to upgrade his car (cue the confetti!), I did a quick internet search and found ******** Automotive dealershiphello, nearly new BMWs! I sent an email and was promptly connected with ***** *******, who wasted no time making this process easy.The next day, my husband and I were at ********, and ***** had lined up two stunning BMWs for us to check out. One was practically winking at my husbandless than ****** miles, in pristine condition, and meticulously maintained by ***. ***** worked his magic and delivered the deal we asked for without a single hiccup.Negotiations? Lightning-fast. Price? Spot on. Discounts? You betcha. In under three hours, we were cruising off the lot with my husband grinning ear to ear in his new ride. ***** and the finance team didnt just make us happythey made us feel like family.Lets face it: car buying can be a headache, but ******** completely flipped the script. If you're on the **** for a nearly new ***, ******** or Audis, do yourself a favorhead to ******** Automotive and ask for ***** *******. 2 starsFrom good to bad. The sales agent was perfect! Our experience was great "until" the signing of the documents, (a surprise charge item) that left us uneasy. My wife questioned the added item called LoJack ($799 for 3 yr subscription). She asked finance manager what this was (we had no idea what it is) and my wife did not want it, but he told us it was a car security feature, and it was required on all cars to have (so it was not removed, and we got charged for it). I called several dealerships in ******* area (next day) and finance managers from different dealers tell us that dealers cannot force you to buy or subscribe to LoJack, it is an option item. I also called the *** and confirmed that dealers cannot force a buyer to purchase LoJack as that would be unethical practice, that is an option item and not required item. After finding out that this item LoJack should not have been charged to us as we did not want it, we felt a little taken back as we were forced or tricked to purchasing it as we had no option. With my wife's current state of having a terminal illness, all I wanted was to give her some comfort on her car rides as I take her to dr. ************ and not have to stress on the $799 charge that could have been applied to other important needs such as medical bills. As you can imagine this was an issue that left a bad taste. I reached out to the dealer the next day and address the concern via email. I mentioned to make things right and honest, would be to refund us the $799 + tax. However, I was I told they will forward the email to the owner. It's been a few months as I have been busy with caring for my ill wife and I have not gotten a response from the owner of the dealership. I guess my request or concern has no value to this dealer. Again, I emphasize the excellent sales agent but unfortunately the dealer's unethical practice with requiring us to purchase an unnecessary security item had a more negative lasting experience with us.Review fromMilciades G

He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was about customer satisfying the customer. ********************** made the process easy, understandable and quicker than I thought it would be. 5 stars*********************, the salesperson, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer our questions. He showed us the car and let us test drive it, no push sales. When my husband saw that there was a small chip on the windshield, *****, the manager, was willing to cover the repair cost to it. ****** got all our financing paperwork done in a timely manner. Foxholes!!! Its a beautiful lot with nice quality cars, mostly foreign but their great reviews and community reputation led me here. Their wholesome atmosphere and hospitality clouded my judgement. Businesses make money and predatory moves were in place once poor credit was established.I had a recent bankruptcy in December. I was aware receiving approval would be challenging and was prepared for a denial. I received news of an approval. I could not believe it! I was then told a **** down payment was required for approval as finance manager relayed phone messages with finance company. I was informed that it was the only way that I would be approved and it was the only company that had approved me. I desperately needed a car for my VA appointments and I also liked it. I had ************ within an hour. Granted they never twisted my arm even when I was told a down payment was necessary nor as I signed a contract with an excessive rate over 25-% . I declined their warranty because I thought next month I would surely find a better deal. After ***************** was added my payments were more than my mortgage. Refinancing was a top priority! Not 3 weeks later, warning lights were on the dashboard, side windows and AC stopped working. Their sunny disposition was gone. I was made very aware that they were not liable. Phone calls became few resulting in sporadic texts. After reaching out to my finance company I was informed a down payment was not required and the dealership kept the cash. Dealership did offer repairs if needed by allowing me to use their shop cost. I cant drive far distances for I dont want to risk causing more problems. I am afraid my repairs may potentially cost more than the down payment. If a reputable dealership offers financing with a company with excessive rates that have 1 star ratings, walk away. They are not your friends . Theyre very aware of is being done . Its business as usual for them. I never would have suspected such tactics.Malones Automotive, Inc.
