    This business is a SCAM/FRAUD. I have extensive research about this business and how the scam works. After chasing (ONOSTHER AUTO WORLD ***** for 2 years, I will have my date in court. The scam is two fold. 1) ********************* who runs the SCAM/FRAUD and *********** who is the owner and licensee for Onoster Auto World **** Vehicles are sold out of the county where licensed to operate (****) and sell in ******. Used car dealer are required to have a permit issued by the Board of Registration of Used Car Dealer. (Violation #1). ********************* is not authorized the bill of sale because is not the designee authorized by ***********. (Violation #2). A buyers guide is required by federal law not provided. (Violation #3). There are more violation that I can explain but it would take too long to write, however will mention one last one which is probably the most relevant and serious. Consumers who did not receive their title in 30 or still waiting for it, there is reason. The dealer is engaging in Jump-title, what does it mean ? He process the title bypassing ONOSTHER, titles the vehicle for the new customer for the price he purchased the vehicle i.e. auction. For instance, he purchased the vehicle for $500 therefore titles the vehicle for that price for the customer, paying taxes on $500. The customer purchased the vehicle for 10K + sales tax. Onosther by jump title pockets the money paid by the customer and avoids taxation from the State of Georgia (FRAUD). He maybe going out business soon.

    STAY AWAY FROM ********************* ************! After speaking and meeting with ********************* about his 2013 ********** Passat SEL, I felt completely comfortable and confident that this vehicle was in great shape and perfect for my 19 year old daughter. She works two jobs and is in her 2nd year of college. This car as it was described in detail by ********************* ************, turned out to be in POOR MECHANICAL condition. *** transmission began acting strange on the short ride home --- less than 30 miles. *** following morning, **** was called to let him know that the check engine light had come on and the transmission was not acting right and we were taking it to the ********** Dealer...he 'claimed' he had no knowledge of any problems and reminded me that it was an "AS IS" sale. I am a single parent, and my daughter has worked to save her money for over 18 months to buy herself her first car. She has now spent ALL of her money $8,000 and ********** has now informed us that this car will require a NEW TRANSMISSION -- to the tune of over $9,000.Leaving us completely stranded on the side of the road having to call a tow truck to pick it up and take it to a ********** dealer.She now is out all of her savings and has no car!WE ONLY WANT OUR MONEY BACK! I believe he knew there was a major issue with this car!********************* ************ WILL NOT return my call, OR text to offer any possible solutions or help . HOPE I RECEIVE THE *********

    This Car dealer are scam. I bought the car from Onosther Auto World Dealership in August 2022 and still not received the title yet. I have contacted so many time to *******************************(aka: ****) from dealership and no response from him. Contacted DOR and they have said the Dealership have to put in the papers. DO NOT BUY anything From this Dealership.They are scamming the people.

    This car dealer is a JOKE! He sold me a car that didn't even make it home! I also have not received my title! And after speaking with the title **** their is a Lein on the car he sold me! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY! HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY and leave you with something you can never get out of! Sorry excuse of a "dealer"!

    I purchased a car in June 2021 from **** with Onosther Auto World. It is now 8/2022 and I still do not have my title. I went to renew my tag and asked about my title. They told me there was a hold on it because they need photos of the car. I contacted the state department and was told the same thing. I contacted **** via text and he said he did everything and its in the hands of my local tag office. I contacted everyone again, nothing has been settled and he will not contact me back. I found this car on CarGuru, thought the car looked good and was pleased with the price. I paid him for the car and then paid the taxes to him, he said I would have the title within a couple of months. I have read other complaints on this car dealer and not very pleased with him. I am putting a complaint out there for others to not deal with this ********************* that owns and operates Onosther Auto World. I dont plan on getting rid of this car but if in the future I decided too, I have no title to sign over to anyone. I am a dissatisfied customer.

    I haven't received a title for the vehicle I purchased 21 months ago. Now **** won't call me back. Posting this review is a last resort. I'll rescind it if he would respond to my calls and messages.
