I purchased a car on Feb 6 and with in 20 min of driving off the car radio. Did not work but also realize that the transmission was slipping. Also that there are no airbags in the car which is illegal in the state of *******. I have a12 year-old daughter. I am undergoing kidney failure. We had let the sales person know and they told us that once we left with the car that was it there was nothing that they can do. We had a trade-in and we asked for us to just void out the contract again this is all with in 20 to 30 minute span. I then proceeded to call an attorney and reach out to BBB.

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a 2012 ************* from Pro Cars, and I must say it was the worst car buying experience of my life. From the moment I drove off the lot, the vehicle exhibited immediate mechanical issues, including a terrifying phenomenon known as the "death wobble."To make matters worse, every time I brought the Jeep back to Pro Cars for repairs, they simply brushed me off and sent me to Marietta Auto Sales. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, ******** Auto Sales failed miserably in addressing the issues plaguing the vehicle. As if the incompetence of Pro Cars and Marietta Auto Sales wasn't enough, when I reached out to the warranty company for assistance, I was shocked to learn that neither Pro Cars nor Marietta Auto Sales had even bothered to inquire about coverage for certain parts. It seems clear to me that there is some sort of shady conspiracy going on between these two businesses, and I refuse to be a **** in their deceitful game.I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with Pro Cars. Not only did they sell me a lemon of a vehicle, but they also demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and professionalism in handling the situation.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler S 03/13/2023 from this dealership. My experience while buying the vehicle was not bad. They were very helpful during the process. Having the vehicle for 6 months; i am already in need of SERIOUS repairs. While i was having my vehicle inspected the mechanic noted that there were "wheel ***** lug nuts" on all 5 tires. I did a full search of the vehicle and wasn't able to locate the key. I called ProCars and spoke to the manager and he provided me with some solutions. After exhausting all of those options without a resolution i called back and spoke to the owner of the dealership. He he was extremely rude to me, made me feel so stupid, and wasn't at all helpful. He basically said that i was on my own. I am now out of pocket $1500 for car parts and cannot afford to get the locked lugs "broken" off and buy a new set of lug nuts. Quotes for this came upwards of $200. When the owner asked me how i woud suggest he help resolve the issue i suggested his dealership pay for the wheel lock to be taken off. He immediately said he wasn't doing that. I suggested that he send someone to where i live(since the car isn't safe to drive the distance from where i live to where the dealership is. He immediately said "I'm not sending anyone down to you". My complaint is that i have had ownership of the vehicle for 6 months, am already having to do major repairs to it, reached complications because the dealer neglected to provide me with the wheel lock key, and the overall experience trying to find a solution was awful. Any kind of help would have been appreciated, but unfortunately all i received was belittlement and denial that the dealer was at all responsible for the inconvenienceI 'm experiencing.

On 11/11/2022 I went to Procars to purchase a 2016 Altima. I was told by ***** (the sales rep) that I need to put a down payment of $1000 to secure the vehicle. I was not able to complete the purchase because I needed a check from **************************** but this was Veterans Day and the credit union was closed. After inspecting the vehicle we observed that the power steering reservoir was empty and was causing a whining noise under the hood. ***** said that they would send the vehicle to be fixed and the vehicle would be ready on Monday 11/14/2022. On Monday 11/14 I went to *************** to retrieve the check to complete the vehicle purchase. When I arrived at ProCars to pick up the vehicle I was told that the vehicle has not been returned from the auto shop. At this time I was told that the vehicle would be available on Tuesday as the shop was waiting on a part. ***** also said that the vehicle needed a power steering pump. On 11/14 I also put insurance on the vehicle with assurance that the vehicle would be ready on 11/15. On 11/15 I texted ***** to see what time the vehicle would be ready for pick up. I was told that part still had not come in and the vehicle was not ready for pick up. On 11/16 I was told that the power steering pump was fixed but now the vehicle needed a rack and pinion replaced and the vehicle would not be ready until Thursday evening 11/17. It was at this point that I asked form my down payment back because we were way past the delivery date promised for the vehicle. I was told by ***** that the down payment was non refundable. He told me if I had an issue that I could call ***********************. I called ***** and left messages for him to give me a call back I have not heard back from him.
