  If I could give 0 stars I would. They told me that since I came in and toured the apartment they would waive the fees and administrative fees but still made me pay to do the application 75$ another 200$ that I can't get back. This is a total scam. I just moved here and I don't have the money to just give away like that. Nothing is free! They are saying that just to get your money then come up with a lie on why you can't get your money back. I wish I read the reviews first before I applied. Then I asked for corporate office number she says it's no corporate number for them. This place is a rip off and it's not fair to just take people's money. If something is free then nobody should have to pay at all. You don't make people pay for something you say is free or waived. I'm calling the news station because this is totally NOT OKAY!

  First off lets just say their specials are lies. They just post it so you can come in and visit and etc. I applied for these apartments with an admin fee of $200 the same day I did a walkthrough and it is now going on the second week and they cant even communicate to let you know if they received the application! If its been approved! Even if its missing documents and or received documents. So, my brother called them on his phone due to me continually calling them and they either dont pick up or make every excuse for the person you need isnt there. The girl who I did my application with ****** told me day of walk thru I will get a response within 3 days. Like I said it is now going on the 2nd week. My brother called and ****** picked up when my brother told them who he was and who he was calling for she got speechless and told him to hold on left him on hold for 4 mins then hung up n his face. So he called them back and they then just stopped answering their phone. Their floorplan is nice or what not but their customer service and care for their tenants are horrible. They lie a lot and they act like they dont want to make any money. I wouldnt dare refer them to anyone.

  They dont care about the tenants they will lie to you on multiple occasions, try the hardest to kick you out but then proceed to take your money. ***** always broke, trash is always everywhere, maintenance men and people smoke on the job, they dont respond to work orders like that it takes MONTHS, far from professional the moment they feel like they cant get over on you. Not safe, whole backpack got stole with my identity out my old vehicle filed report nothing was done, shootings, killings, the list goes on. Its so many things that need to get looked into as well as everything be looking nice but really is old and breaks easily and also my ac filter was never changed the regular maintenance was never done even putting in work orders it would take them months very long. They have favoritism as well. They do not treat all tenants the same.

  I moved into colton creek apartments it looks nice and seemed safe. A month after moving in the gates stop working and they never fixed the gates. The cameras do not work and their are car break in every night. The mangers do not care about tenants property. It was five cars that got they rims and tires stole in one week there where other ppl had 4 wheelers stolen that week. I did a police report an told the manager they did nothing and gave me no advice. Two months later it was a shooting in broad day light. It is very unsafe place to stay and ready to move before my lease is up. They opened the pool for one day now the pool is closed for no reason for the summer. False advertisement. No gates ,no pool, and no security. 4 out of 5 your car will get broke in if you leave it unlocked one night. And the only thing police said was to leave my car door unlock so they want break your window. Because if they see something they will break your window costing you more money. Once again DO NOT MOVE HERE.....

  The staff at Colton Creek is despicable. On several occasions it has been issues that's been brought to the attention of Staff and nothing has been done. In addition, the gate is always broken and the hallways look like no one take the time to clean. The appliances, tubs, stoves, doors and cabinets are old. When you call with a service order it takes months not weeks but months in order for someone to complete. I had an issue by inputting my information incorrectly to pay my monthly rent. Therefore, it was brought to my attention and I took care of the problem immediately. It was assured by management that I will be able to go online moving forward and make a payment. (ask me if that happened) I'm still having the same issue 2 months later. They want to charge $150.00 late payment of something they advise will be corrected. What about taken care of the issues that is being brought to the attention of staff.. The issue is the staff changes consistently and it's no order. This place needs to re staff with someone who knows how to run a business... Note: I'm in the process of checking to ensure of LEAD in the apartments of how the paint is peeling. Based on the report I received from the Doctor. Someone needs to go and inspect this place ASAP.
