    Ordered two glasses on March 4. They originally promised a delivery date of March 14. Thinking to myself, perfect, I'll get them before I go on a long vacation out of the country. March 14 comes by and they still haven't verified my prescription. I contact them and ask for an update and they said they're sorry, they didn't realize that my prescription hadn't been verified yet. So by the next 1-2 days it finally got verified. Then it was stuck on "processing" and my shipping date got postponed to March 20. Keep in mind I leave for my trip on the 23rd. So I gave them an opportunity to hopefully ship the order out sooner than the ship date so I can get my glasses on time. But nope. March 22nd I contacted them and told them to cancel the order because I would not receive them on time before I left the country. They tried to bribe me with a 30% off on the order and I refused because I still wouldn't receive it on time. Then they said okay. We will cancel it and refund the order. It is now March 27th. I am out of the country and I wake up to an email saying my glasses have shipped and they charged me the full amount to my credit card. I contacted them once again during my vacation to express extreme dissatisfaction and frustration. And they had the audacity to tell me that I will have to go out of my way to ship it back to them for a refund. I'm not even at home!!!! This company's disorganization and incompetentence is STAGGERING. They do NOT have their S*** together at all whatsoever. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure no one orders from glasses.com and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I've never experienced such BS from a large company. DO NOT BUY FROM GLASSES.COM!

    Not even worth 1 star. The frames are crapthe lenses are blurry, the bifocals are non existent and the transition lenses dont get dark enough to even call them sunglasses! What a rip off. Save your money and go elsewhere!

    This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your time or money. I purchased prescription sunglasses for $500 and when they arrived they were just thrown in a shipping box allowing them to get scratched. There was no designer box, case or cloth, or even wrapping around the glasses to protect them. Also one of my lenses is blotchy as well. Clearly they do not inspect the glasses before shipping. I have tried contacting customer service through email, live chat, and FB messenger and I am being avoided. No responses from anyone. I am beyond furious with this company. They should be shut down.
