    I had the absolute worst customer service experience today with their receptionist ****** My trash pick up is scheduled for Fridays so I called Saturday and left a message since the office was closed. I was informed once before that if my trash isnt picked up to call the office within 24 hours and let them know. When ***** called she said that the trash can had been emptied however they left the additional trash as their policy states that I have to call and bag for any additional trash left outside the trash can. I asked her if there was a fee associated with this and she replied yes but she cant tell me the price. I asked her how much would it be to add an additional trash can which she stated it would increase my bill to $100 every 3 months then instantly she became annoyed as if I was bothering her. I asked to speak to a manager because he attitude was terrible and she literally said you can call back at 9am and hung up the phone. When I called back the manager ********* said she would review the calls since they are recorded but I highly doubt anything will happen as this seems to be the norm for this company.

    WARNING: Do not use this company at all ever it is horrible and the people there are absolutely indescribable with how disrespectful they are.Customer Service is a -7. If I could give them negative stars I would. People are highly disrespectful and manager does not seem to care. In fact she seems to support it. Have had their services for over a year that have been minimal at best and rates have increased. Will be finding a new service provider immediately.Update: in an attempt to close the account had to sit on hold for over an hour to then be met immediately with hostility and an attitude by the customer service representative that continued to repeat I don't understand what you don't understand about the account. Her tone was extremely disrespectful aggressive and hostile I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau along with any other company that deals with the satisfaction of a customer. This is absolutely ridiculous to have to deal with someone even when you're being polite kind the call can be reviewed and the disrespect is absolutely ridiculous

    We do apologize for any inconvenience, as all calls are recorded we have listened to both calls between you and office staff, both representatives were polite and helpful to you in explaining why your trash was not removed on your scheduled pick up day both of your cans were full of yard debris, as your were explained there are certain items we do not take. Upon the conversation we did offer to send you pictures that were sent in by our driver showing both your cans being full of yard debris, you denied those pictures. You were then explained we could not send a truck back, due to the cans being full of an item we do not dump we did then offer to take care of any additional trash free of charge on your next scheduled pick up. If you would like to further discuss you can always reach out to us at the office.

    They are charging $3.00 for gas on top of the $20 increase. They have to work on their customer service response. Give the ********* proper training.

    This company does not pick up trash on time. I canceled service the end of February and they still have not picked up their trash can. When i called to ask when it will be picked up either no one answers or ***** answers with an attitude and is very rude.if you ask me their office team and customer service is the reason why they have low ratings and contnue to loose customers.

    This is the most unprofessional service company I have ever seen. I set up an account with them to pick up my trash. they came to pick up the first week on time with no issues. The second week no one came to pick up my trash. I called the office and spoke with a very rude person who told me that my trash was not out in time for the pickup. She said the driver came around 7am and that she would have to look at their cameras for the day to determine if she was going to send someone out to pick it up. I assured her that my trash was out before the pickup time because I set the trash out before going to work around 5:45am and it was still there when I came home from work. When I called back the next day, she said that she looked at the cameras and that my trash can was not out (this is ridicules); I have footage from my own cameras showing me moving my trash out to the road at 5:45am. I told her that and I asked her to please have someone come and pick up the trash because it was smelling from the weekend. In our neighborhood we can't have our trash cans on the side of the house, they have to stay in the garage, so the smell was coming into the house. I asked to speak to a supervisor and that's when I met the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever met. I said, please come and pickup your trash can and cancel my account (even they I had originally paid for service for the nest 3 months). She said no problem. Today is Friday and by this time, the trash can is really reeking. My trash can was at the curb again before I left for work. My wife called me at 10:30am to tell me that no know had come to pick up my trash. When I contacted this (very unprofessional) company, the lady said that since my account was canceled last week, she took my house off the rout and that my trash won't be picked up until the following Friday. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Beware of this company. My next step is to contact the Attorney General.

    I am so disappointed in the customer service team. They all have been rude and so negligent in their responses concerning their **** that had the incorrect date of service with the correct due date, them picking up a bin because I went from 2 to 1 bin, and threatening to disconnect my service because they say I always call to be rude. They told me the dumpster will be pick up within 10 days but after 14 days they have not picked up the dumpster. Told me they will not service it because when they pick it up it can have trash in it and I stated in 100 degree weather we don't need garbage in a container on the side of this house because all of these home are very close to each other. I can say this, if there in a standard in the industry, they need to be reviewed. The billing could be suspect and probably other items also. The drivers are very nice but stressed because they are driving trucks that are old and leak garbage liquid throughout the neighborhood. I think they should be fined and maybe OSHA can be reported for how they are handling waste.
