    We hired *** Gasses to do our shower and was good until the end with the detail work. He never came back to finish up some issues, fixing things that were wrong and tile work that was done sloppy. I hired another contractor and after they pulled a few tiles to fix what we wanted done, they found that the whole area behind including the pan wasn't water proofed. I contacted him to get him to resolve the issue or refund me. He said he will not and he took legal action again me. The job was done sloppy, unprofessionally and completely wrong. He owes me $4000 for the work he did and did incorrectly. My new contractor said that this job would have lasted 6 months to a year before we started having water damage.
