Ripoff artists! $150k built up roof failing after 3yrs due to improper installation! Put roof on in the rain do moisture trapped underneath the new roof in the multiple layers of old roof turned into gas a formed blisters all over the entire roof. ****** ********* is trying to blame it on the building not being ventilated which is totally bs! Tried blaming it on hurricanes and suggested an insurance claim as well but we had no high winds and no hurricane damage in *********! Wants to charge me an absurd amount to come take some of the blisters out..the entire roof is failing and looks like it needs to be ripped off snd redone!! These guys act like they are your best friends until they get your money then they wont stand behind anything they do! 10yr warranty is worthless! The roof had small wrinkles, bubbles, and dome movement in the deck board that hadnt been properly adhered to the substrate upon initial install which have now grown into huge blisters just 3yrs later!

Recent post submitted by ****** ****** can only be described in one word, Bogus. Since the install of his roof we have explained the importance of having the building properly ventilated. Instead he closed off the side wall vents in his building. We also stressed that regular annual maintenance and inspections be completed on his roof. Instead he refused the service and said he would perform his own maintenance and inspections. In his on recent text message he said that the roof looked good until he looked at it af6er hurricane ******. He has completely filled the building with old forklifts which he runs and works on without proper ventilation. Also the roof was installed in 2019, not 3 years ago.We have been in business since 1968 with the same phone number. This company is so professional, dedicated, customer satisfaction driven and hard working bunch of people. Had my roof redone and then had a tree fell on my house 3 weeks later. Don ******************** was with me every step of the way, and fought the insurance with me. The crew directed by Optavio was dedicated, on time, cleaned up every night before leaving, courteous and patient. I ask a lot of questions, but never I felt impatience or indifference by any of the workers/supervisors/owner. This company is top-notch and I would have them again and again... hopefully in ***** years from now.. ******** VGeorgia Roofing & Metal Company

5 starsGeorgia Roofing & Metal Company is a professional, talented, well equipped, well staffed, and efficient company. In this day and age, that is something very hard to find. I have used them on several occasions in correcting the inferior roofing on my house built in 2016! They corrected the problems and used materials far superior to the 'builder's grade'. Not only do they excel in workmanship.....but are very up front and honest about the timing and cost. My rating for this company is 5 Stars.
